I thought the episode was awesome, but I was sad to find out at the end that Adison is not coming back. She is really what the show needs right now. One of my favorite characters ever. Well, hopefully she "guest stars" in more episodes in the upcoming season.

This episode is the first one in a long time to make me both laugh and cry. Obviously the elevator was hilarious ... and when Izzie said "you coded" during lunch, I wished I could have hit rewind. When Jennifer got a much better last memory of her husband, that's when I got the tears. Poor lady.

I was disappointed with Cristina's "confrontation" with Ericka Hahn. I expected more fiestiness than Cristina pulling the race card. I honestly do not believe Ericka has a thing for Callie. I think that look on her face was because Callie was going home with MARK.

I feel that Shonda has taken some big steps towards getting Grey's back to where it started, but then again, I was somebody who actually enjoyed Season 3 ... even more so once I read her blog on why she did what she did in the season finale.

On a side note ... I really am starting to believe that Izzie is the WORST doctor ever. I thought it was funny when Addison said "you used to be a fighter" and Izzie goes "I've lost a lot of fights." I believe that Izzie (along with Cristina to a lesser degree) is a character that is losing her personality. Izzie is not quite the same Izzie that she was in Seasons 1 and 2. I know that Denny dealt her a shocker, but it's like she's an entirely different person.

I did like the episode, but there didn't happen that much... Now we all know how MerDer is gonna end, it's going to slow for me :D But it was ok, not fantastic, not bad, just ok for me.

I agree with Trisha, on the fact that Mark is getting more and more delicious.
But assuming, that Rebecca is lying to Alex in the whole "not pregnant after all" is not necessarily true. Maybe she believes that she's pregnant because she's late ore something, and added to the possibility of feeling guilty to her husband, could make her think she's pregnant.
I think that Alex should have his Ava - they are just like fireworks when they are in the same room - He sooooo loves her, but just doesn't realise it him self.
I think Alex is soooooo McHotter then all of them together, when he gets that ohh so lovely "Im sexy and I want you look" in his eyes :o) So I can only say to the writers - PLEASE give us more Alex and Mark!!!- They are so hot, sexy and nice to be accompanied by on a lonely Thursday night :o)

I thought it was great! Loved the elevator scene and it was good to see Addison back.
Great to see Mer/Der working together again. Like old times. And the handshake at the end was ...WOW! The chemistry was so evident in that scene and their look was back Can't wait until the finale and I'll enjoy the journey of these two moving closer and closer in the weeks ahead. I also read this question given to PD about the reunion of Mer/Der. This makes me even more excited about the finale. And maybe the Big Kiss at the end will be that of Mer/Der. I sure hope so!
    Here's the question:

Regarding 'Grey's,' how do you feel about Shonda Rhimes' plan to get Meredith and Derek back together for good by the end of this season?
It's good. I have like a rainbow color of pages in front of me that I'm trying to put together in my script, and I just got to the final scene. And it's a beautiful scene where we get back together. It's really quite something. It's unexpected, I think, the way it plays itself out. It kind of gets back to the essence of what made this show so great.
