I don't get why people on here are so ardently disgusted by the possible Callie/Hahn storyline. Television shows are a general--albeit dramatized--representation of what goes on in society and in life, so of course homosexuality would be shown. I'm not saying that everyone should accept homosexuality, because every person is entitled to his/her own beliefs, but people should tolerate that it does exist and that it will probably crop up more on primetime television in the future. If seeing a gay/lesbian storyline on T.V. doesn't float your boat, then just look away or change the channel. It's not quantum physics or anything. Seriously.

Agree that Ava could very well be Mer/Der last patient.....I would hate to see Izzie and Alex kiss so soon if something happens to Ava....Love Lexie and would like to see her and Mer become friends and sisters....Sloan--Love--what about him and Izzie? Callie and HahnBIG ???? But please not a threesome w/Sloan--let's give him some credit that he learned something from last wks show [male-whore] KNOW Mer is ON THE ROAD TO GETTING "FIXED"---AND it better be MerDer the BIG----BIG KISS---put us loyal viewers out of our misery all ready.....Not everyone can kiss and get together --need story line for season 5-----but please let us know Mer/Der will be a couple who try to wk out problems TOGETHER......As Lexie said look at all her problems --let's give her some happiilly ever after---w/ fixable problems--=Love this show and all the characters may need to bring in another male Dr. Hahn still? about her -did not like her 1st time on show...LOVE to see more of Chiefs wife...Love Bailey and her storyline...

I truly believe that Callie is far too self concious to have a lesbian relationship with Hahn. She might be confused.. but it seems as if it's making her feel extremely awkward to talk about it and even more so to see it acted upon.. deep down she's broken too.. and if Callie/Hahn does take place, I feel for Callie it's a phase, experimenting, confusion - but I don't see Hahn taking advantage of that situation because we all know she doesn't make friends easy. Callie and Hahn seem to be close.. maybe they do cross that line.. I can however, see quite a few story lines built from it.. George freaking out because his ex to be becomes intimate with a woman, wondering if he's the reason why, questioning his masculinity, Yang having to deal with Hahn at the apartment.. for reasons beyond friendship, thus creating even more of a rift between them.. oh the juice..

More Hahn and Callie PLEASE! They're the hottest couple on the show right now.
Callie's response, confusion and awkwardness, is quite typical of coming out. It's also even mroe typical for a woman who might be self-identified as straight, but still falling for the connection she has with another woman. I think Cynthia Nixon is a great example of how it can happen.
Love this relationship. It's really refreshing and fun.

Ava become merder's last trial makes perfect sense! and i wish its a sucess, but i HATE Ava, don't like izzie and alex together either, izzie deserves more. i want heigl to stay!!!!

I really wish the breeders would quit making out on tv. Straight people are ALWAYS bloody kissing and rubbing up on each other on tv and it's just plain gross - they're perverted and SO promiscuous. I cannot believe primetime television allows such filth. Bring on the bi/les action and let's get back to decency already.

I think every one has missed the point with callie and hann kissing. A women is free to explore her sexuality and be BISEXUAL if she so wishes. Unlike Men, Women dont have to "get it up" so can explore their sexuality if they so wish. Even if she has a relationship with hann it does not mean callie will be gay. A lot of women reach a point in their life where they question if being with a women will make them more happy than a man. After all you can fall in love with anyone and if both men and women turn you on why not.
And for all those people that say gay kisses are gross, get with the times. You should be helping the world progress not drag it back into the dark ages. Being gay is really not a choice, trying to live a happy life is. Its a good thing that this show pushes the boundaries cos its about time tv reflected the real world.

Anyway the whole alex and izzie kiss doesnt really excite me. Alex had his chance and screwed up! Izzie is far too good for him, and it just seems none of them respect her when she only ever wants to do the right thing. Izzies had too much of a hard time and I will be sad to see her leave the show.

And i think it would give a little something that was missing in the show up to now...

well.... i totally agree with mizrose it fits in place if ava/rebecca really turns out to be the last clinical trial patient...(will they ever get to open that bottle of champagne) if mer/der don't kiss it will be sooooooo dissapointing i mean they deserve to be together even with mer's problems... i just wish rose dissapears, if izzie and alex do actually kiss it will be one of the best moments for grey's anatomy i hate ava/rebecca what is with the whole im pregnant deal? i really think she is mental...as for george he really is a good character and i miss seeing him with big roles but i really dont think kissing lexie is the best idea... i miss bitchy christina why is she turning into evil depresssing christina?

I hope the Big Kiss is MerDer. I am hopeful because if not, I may sadly have to walk away. I am by all means a super fan BUT why should I continue watching something that isn't even enjoyable anymore? I usually walk away on Thursday nights frustrated or irritated. This last episode is the deciding factor for me. I hope Shonda has something up her sleve!

Right, well, i love Grey's, and you know what i dont get why people are focusing so damn much on hahn/callie. seriously, the point of this show is mer/der. seriously guys?!?
anyway, i cannot wait for this episode, gays, straights, whatever.
oh one more thing: maybe gay people are tired of seeing girl/boy, it's only fair everyone gets something of their own put on TV.

I'm sorry if anyone thinks I'm a bigot or a homophobe, but I was insulted and frankly grossed out by those two guys kissing. From that point forward, I am no longer a fan of Grey's Anatomy. I used to look forward to watching it. Now that they say that the two women are going to kiss, the show has just lost a fan. I can't believe the stuff they cut from movies on TV, but they have the audacity to put that smut on prime time TV. It's gross. I'm just sick.

Stop being so prejiduced against gays. Maybe when the world was created with everyone being gay, and then alot of people became strait. That would make all strait people the "un normal" (even though your not unnormal if you are gay!) ones.
P.S. I'm not actually gay, I,m just tired of all the homophobia. <3
