If Sondra has stated she is not going to wreck Mer/Der because it depressed her no end when they weren't together, then why have Derek in a car crash for heaven's sake? doesnt make sense at all.
I believe that they are in a good place now, Derek will finally build his dream home, Meredith is now seeing the whole picture of her life with Mom and has finally moved on and healed herself, things are bright and shiny in the Mer/Der camp at long last!!!!

Personally from the selling point of view of the show we can not include the Rose/Derek relationship in being the one to be holding the baby. They clearly didnt have a steady sex relationship given the whole memo surrounding who has had casual sex towards the end of season four and how she quickly changed her mind and had sex with Derek. Besides we have been told by Sondra that she needed to get to the solution that Mer and Der have reached now by making them both assess their lives, which we got by Mer finally confronting her demons and Der wanting to change his life.
I don't think it's Izzie and Alex, please he broke down how could you then jump him when he is in a dark place right now, not yet that doesnt solve anything...
I do think too it's Callie, a fitting tribute to the Sloan wanting a child and the Montgomery-Shephard twist of two seasons ago and how desperately it would have changed his life.
Can you imagine it, Callie and Hahn finally find a common ground to help each other romantically and she finds out she is carrying Sloan's baby....twist within a twist hehe although if they keep Rose on she might comfort Mark in his hour of need, keeping her within arms reach of Derek lol

When she walked in the trama room all confused, something was wrong. so i think thats when it happend. it would b great if it was a mcbaby but, sry it won't happen! everyone is saying derek is going to get hurt/hit by a car!... nothing will happen to him! some people are so retarded sometimes!

callie did look flustered before the trauma case which could have meant that she just found out that she was pregnant but, callie was the one who kissed hahn so i dont think she would do that if she knew she were pregnant... i think it might be hahn... she might have messed around with sloan and we just dont know that... that would put a twist on the whole callie, hahn, sloan thing...

it's callie who must be pregnant. No one has talked about how Sloan had a huge part in a last episode with his whole "changing" thing. Also, to have the two of them start going at it again? They are completely setting it up and it isn't hard to see. I wish they didn't give out that spoiler. While I am stoaked that Callie is pregnant, I don't like knowing this far ahead what the entire season is going to be based around.

If it's someone will become pregnant, I hope it is Meredith, it would complicate things a bit for her to herself, but it could be cute if she and Derek would pull through every problem that could be. But, I guess the most probable pregnancy would be Callie's, after all, She's been doing the "Nasty-Nasty", as Bailey would say quite much. And it would be an interesting storyline, mainly for Mark too(Remember Addison had had an abortion of Marks child?).

If the clue means pregnant as of the season finale, then Callie is the only obvious candidate...nobody else had really been doing the nasty. Besides the Chief and Adele of course but we won't go into that lol.
It it means that the person will BECOME pregnant at some point during season five, then it could actually be anyone.

while i definitely agree that it is most likely callie who will be preggo, wouldn't it just be great to have it turn out to be meredith so we can get started on the whole der + mer happy and together thing?!?!? anyway as for the length of the season i really hope what patrick said is true, it would be a nice treat since we got jipped this season w/ the writers strike!! anyway back to the callie pregnancy, i mean how great a story line would that be, the whole love triangle between her erica and mark! i think we need a new love triangle since we havent had one since mer/der/finn (just a personal opinion, so don't shoot me if u dont like it) oh, and as for the alex/izzie thing, they better not have had sex, b/c then that throws off the whole storyline thats been set up for us to learn more about his character/past which is something i think we really need, since we don't truly know a lot about him! ok, final thing... I hope Merder can have a real, fun and steady relationship.This time it would be cool to see Derek in a vulnerable situation ( a relative's death, a health problem...) and to see a grown up meredith who cares and who is there for him.

It can't be Rose. I won't allow it. And anyway, she never shared an "unforgettable kiss" like they said the person would. My guess is Callie. She's had sex in a lot of on-call rooms recently, and most of those, I'm assuming, could lead to a baby Callie.
It would also be amazing if it was Meredith, but who would be the baby's daddy? McDreamy? But up until the [absolutely amazing] kiss, they hated eachothers guts. Then, Derek has to speak to Rose about ending the relationship with them. So I'm guessing it's not Mer.
