I think that Callie will be pregnant, because Adele, Izzie, and Meredith haven't really been with anyone. It could be Ava though, but I don't think they will after the whole fake pregnancy whatever ish thing.

It is DEF. not Rose!! I dont think it is Izzie either cuz Alex just got over the whole Ava thing and i dont think Izzie and Alex had sex! It is either Callie or Meredith! i really hope it is Meredith cuz that would make an interesting story line. Also, she did point out where the kids would play in the season finale!! yeah, i assume it will be callie. She's been having sex like crazy with mark... so yeah. It is the most logical choice. Meredith and Derek are going to be together. SHONDA SAID THEY WILL BE. Even in the final podcast for the season. Rose will not be pregnant, Derek will not be in a car crash, Meredith and Derek WILL BE TOGETHER! They will have a real relationship and deal with that. I hope Merder can have a real, fun and steady relationship.This time it would be cool to see Derek in a vulnerable situation ( a relative's death, a health problem...) and to see a grown up meredith who cares and who is there for him.
Also i hope we get to see more of the Mark/derek brotherhood cause it could be an interesting storyline.
A Mcbaby would be cool but seriously.. they just got back together.. it just doesnt make sense...
A Callie pregnancy.. i guess it could make sense.. but with the love triangle ( Mark Erica and Callie) that would be sooo weird !
Adele is at least 65... u dont get pregnant at that age ! ( i know she was in season 2 but come on.. it just didn't make sense !)

Mer/der should NOTTTT have a baby. Well at least not yet. That's way too fast. I think that they should just let them stay steady for a while and have fun. I think that it's definitely Izzie that's preggers. I mean...think about it. Izzie give Ava the pregnancy test - it's negative. Ava goes psyco, alex tries to help, Ava gets put in hospital. i hope they dont do what they always do with preganceys on tv shows. lead you to think that the person is pregeneat and then they are not (ava) or the baby dies (adele) or in cristanas case she wants to termanate the baby but then it dies. if they do that it will ruin the show it frustrates me. i hope izze is pregneant but she is propabley not so callie would propaplet be the nextlikley one

I really hope it's not Meredith . (They havent done anythign yet anyways)But, As much as I love MerDer, having a kid at this point in time would be way to much for her . She just started to make progress, having a kid would not be a good thing at this time.
