Everything reaches its breaking point tonight. Meredith and Derek near the end of their clinical trial - and battle their own personal trials - while Izzie confronts Alex about Rebecca and the strange Mark / Callie / Erica tension continues to boil.

Why does it look like addison and derek dancing in the picture of 'freedom'? do you think they are the big kiss? i dont want her to come back into the picture! also.. i dont really want izzie and alex to be together, she deserves SO much better than him! sorry alex, but its true, he even admits that hes a bad person to 'be' with himself to ava! i really liked izzie and george together, its ashame that they didnt work out. it also looks like geore and mer's little sister might hook up! they are very much too close for comfort, maybe it will turn out nice? i hope something good turns out with christina too, i feel bad for her when she acts so sad and mopey! (sorry if noone agrees with my comments, i just needed to get them out)

i think that they just wanted to put a picture there cause that is an old one. I don't really agree with your comment but i get what you mean. I think it would be weird if george and lexi got together cause that would mean that he has slept with all of his female friends except christina. I know you said you feel bad for christina and so do I but i also feel really bad for bailey. I mean she really has no one to turn to

LOVE LOVE LOVED that episode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy and excited that Mer and Der are FINALLY back together. I'm wayyyy too happy to sleep and I'm not sure if i can even wait for season 5 to come!!!!!!!!!!

Tonights show was awesome....seriously!!!!!!!!! It would have been better if it had ended with derek not saying anything about rose. He should have savored the moment. Can't wait till next season. Love Grey's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ooooooo and you know what? i noticed that as far as we know, no one is leaving the show for season 5
that is definitely a good sign
by the way i m absolutely happy but sad that we have to wait till next season (winter) to see a new episode
and i am crazy happy that mer built the house and they are together
so when do you think that they are gonna get married?
i think addison will be invited to the wedding and i kno that that is irrelevant but it was just a thought the part that matters is that mer and der are finally finally together

Wow!!! I LOOOVED this episode. I squeaked in excitement with every Hanh and Callie interaction, and the kiss!!! It was so unexpected. Good for Callie! I can't wait for season 5!

I loved this episode! It was all kinds of AMAZING.
Lets start with Izzie and Alex. I really, really don't think they're back together. I felt so incredibly sad for Alex in this episode. He loved Ava and I don't think they're over. I think its sweet that Izzie was there for him,and that he finally broke down for her. Izzie also needed the clinic from Bailey so badly to reassure her that she was a better doctor.
EW EW EW!!!! HAHN AND CALLIE ARE NOT OKAY. Do not get me wrong, I am totally down with lesbians, but I don't like them together! I was so for Callie and Mark.
Thank God the cheif finally put Hahn in her place. Both Christina and George had the oppurtunity to prove themselves in this episode and they both did a wonderful job. Thank God Christina learned she needed to treat Lexie better, and the ending with her and Lexie was wonderful!
I do not know how I feel about her and George. I don't think they're a horrible couple, and both seem to put the other in their place, but George is SUCH A MESS and Lexie needs someone who at least has a little bit of her stuff together.
Both the cheif and Bailey figured out some important stuff in this epi, and thank God both are going home to their spouses and their families. They are the best doctors in the hospital, and its hard for them to balance.
And FINALLY MERIDITH AND DEREK! I could not have been happier with that ending. Thank God we got rid of dog face! I love that Mer came to understand her mother better, and her relationship with the cheif. I really do think she is healed

when i saw the lights that meredith was standing around right away i called that it was the outline of the house. and i then started crying before i even saw them kiss. wow that was exhilerating. so good. shonda (and cristina) have got their groove back
