1. Is Izzie the worst doctor in history?
McCritic: Doc Ock was responsible for hundreds of deaths in Spider-Man 2. And Dr. Kevorkian was licensed in assisted suicide. But neither killed his fiance, nor did either man accomplish the seemingly impossible task of causing Cheech Marin to be anything but laid back and happy. Makes this an Izzie choice.
iheartizzie: I heart Izzie, but she's in the running. If she hadn't funded the free clinic, or she weren't signed to a six-year contract, she'd be out the door.
missingBurke: No. That's gotta be Sydney Heron. No one is that perky.
2. George and Lexie: Cute, boring or annoying?
iheartizzie: A little annoying, if only because of the living situation. It doesn't make sense. Surgical interns don't rake in big bucks, but they generally receive paychecks. Big enough paychecks so as to expand one's housing options beyond Fight Club style dumps. We know George O'Malley is impulsive, but no way does he go in there, look around and sign a lease. Did anyone see that fridge?
McCritic: Cute. Please don't mess up this burgeoning friendship by sleeping with Lexie, George. You've really gotta stop doing that with your roommates.
missingBurke: Lexie was kind of annoying me last night, but redeemed herself by yoinking Rose's flowers. Way to go girl!
3. How long could you look into McDreamy's eyes without sleeping with him?
missingBurke: ... wait, sorry ... what? I was too mesmerized by McDreamy for a moment there to notice the third question.
McCritic: That's none of your business. Let's focus on Rose instead: Honey, Shonda Rhimes has admitted that you're nothing but a stop gap before Derek and Meredith end up together. Being alone with McDreamy for 2.5 seconds without getting him McNaked is just embarrassing. You gotta get yours while you can.
iheartizzie: A good couple of minutes. I pride myself on my will power.
4. Addison's return next week: Cheap plot device or HOT plot device?
McCritic: Can't it be both? Lindsay Lohan is.
iheartizzie: Maybe a tad unrealistic, but who cares!? Addison was much better on Grey's Anatomy than the ill-conceived Private Practice. Maybe she'll decide to stick around Seattle Grace for good. Wishful thinking...
missingBurke: Cheap. No, hot... maybe a little of both! Shonda, can you give us a little Mark Sloan-Addison on-call room action for old times' sake next week? PLEASE!!
5. Do you prefer Alex Karev with or without the facial hair?
missingBurke: Alex Karev is hot either way, but the new look suits him. At least he went all-in instead of just the dumb goatee.
McCritic: I prefer him involved in more significant story lines than the peripheral scenes he's stuck in week after week. But let's go with the facial hair. It accentuates his tough exterior.
iheartizzie: With. Somehow it adds to his "scrappy" persona.

Oh my gosh, you guys are too funny. I just about died laughing at question #3. I agree with missingburke about Lexie--she was really annoying me too until she took Rose's flowers.

I loved the episode! It's kinda going slowly, but that doesn't matter as long as there's a happy ending ;)
And damn, the promo for next week looks exciting!

OMG! NEXT WEEK LOOKS AMAZING!! AVA'S RETURN... AND SHE'S PREGNANT !!!! SO OBVIOUSLY SHE'S THE PATIENT ADDISON CAME BACK TO HELP... OMG ALEX AND AVA ARE PERFECT AND I HOPE SHE LEAVES HER HUSBAND AND ALEX ACTS LIKE A REAL MAN AND STEPS UP TO THE PLATE WITH THIS RELATIONSHIP!!!!! =]

I loved Where the Wild things are! That last scene was GREAT! DER is already having a hard time not grabbing her! He also is obviously having a hard time seeing her and not talking with her- He misses her even if he can't admit it yet-It is written all over his face.
What do you think he is going to do when he finds out she is seeing the shrink?
MER will never cease to surprise him!
These sneak peeks are great for a ‘Piece of My Heart"- I laughed my butt off!
I can't wait till next week! Could it be possible that each week could get better and better? That puts a lot of pressure for that finale!

I loved Lexie last night when she had the nerve to swipe a large framed picture from the hospital. Alex and Mark did a swap on the facial hair last night - Alex gained some and Mark lost all of his. While I do miss Mark's facial hair, they were both looking good last night.

its amazing! this is like the first episode with no major sex or kissing.. either that or i just haven't watched greys in too long a time! but wow! i really like how things aren't just people sleeping with other people any more! and i think addison just may be derek's jolt into getting back together with mer!

I think Shonda is back on track.
I saw more of the real GA in this episode.
It's less croudy with all the new interns out of the picture except for Lexie.
The group is back together again. I didn't like the split-up in the beginning of the season.
I saw more of the real Meredith too. She is again focusing and working on her problems.
Very clear Der/Rose are no big deal. He's is not into her at all.
I think this part of the season will not be bad at all....

ive been wondering the same thing: how will der react when he finds out she's seeing a shrink? in fact how will they all feel when they find out mers seeing a shrink becuz i dont think cris or iz know mer is going to therapy. im really excited for the next episodes! I loved the last one! im proud of mer.

I luv d fact dat lexi took Rose flowers, which by d why had me rolling. I dont like Rose 2 me she iz a trick, i feel like soulja boy Yahh Yahh trick. lol Anyhoo I kind of like d thought of mcsteamy & callie 2gether. But i cant wait in2 d day addison comes back maybe she would talk some scene in2 derek and dat trick dat he is w/h. Well g2g peace love and not Rose hahaha!*_*

omg!!! i saw the previews for next week and OMG!!!!! i cant believe ava is PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!! i wz in shock for a long time!!! and addison thinks callie and erica are a couple......thats just mean!!!!! and its kinda funny how she doesnt know how everythings changed and she thinks its the same as how she left......is she in for a big suprise!!!!!!! cant wait for next episode its gonna be HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay for Lexie taking Rose's flowers away. Hopefully her and George will be friends and not LOVERS.
I am loving Alex's facial hair and I agree with McCritic, we need more Alex scenes. At least for Justin Chambers's sake.
Izzie isn't really the kind of doctor I would ever want in real life.
So when will Derek and Rose be done with? I am counting down the days until Derek comes back to his senses.
As for Addy coming back next week...YAY, my prayers have been answered. It's just too dang bad she can't just come back to Grey's full-time. I so wanted her relationship with Mark to work out. In fact, I still have my fingers crossed on that one.

I'm perfectly fine with Burke and Addison gone, to tell you the truth i stopped noticing after the first episode of season 4, and bringing Addison back might make the show a little messed up, like she is still a character but i guess it would be nice to see her again.
i haven't seen the previews for the next episode but i read that Ava comes back pregnant?!?! is it Alex's??

i loved that lexie took roses flowers and i cant wait for her and derek to be over. hearing her say she loves him makes it only that much sweeter seeing her get dumped. plus that look that she had on her face at the end of the episode when she saw derek talking to meredith. i cant wait for the merder reunion. its gonna be real this time and im super excited to see der's reaction when he finds out that mer is in therapy trying to work out her problems. . . this is gonna be a great episode with ava and addy coming back.

I´m SO HAPPY grey´s is back. The only thing i didn´t like was the thing Derek saiid to Mark about the reason that he hasn´t slept with THE PLANT is because she want´s to wait to see there serious she has morals. I mean SERIOUSLY. 1 he didn´t even know Meredith´s Name when he slept with her & 2 he also conveenly FORGOT he was MARRIED. SO meredith wasn´t the only one with no morals back the. But i did LOVE the last between Mer/Der i mean did you see the McDreamy look he gave. Otherwise known as their look.
