I think it's going to be Callie and Hahn. Shonda keeps mentioning how something "really, really juicy" is coming up. I could see her trying the lesbian thing, especially after the whole ordeal with her and George. And I can totally see Erica as a lesbian. She is kinda manly. So would George and Izzie. It's too bad their super chemistry and developing relationship was squashed because of public opinion (some, anyway). This goes on in daytime soaps all the time and nobody complains, so why with Gizzie?
Callie and Christina seem a natural together (although as lovers, I cannot say at this point) as do Alex and Ava or Addison, if she returns full time. Alex and Izzie or Lexie would be terrible. That's a road that has already been run over and is now behind.
