Mark: "Yeah, I thought by now I would have nailed ALL of the nurses but apparently some of them joined some "Nurses Against Mark Sloan Club". Can you believe it?"

Mark : C'mon man, you know she wants you, she can't live without you ! Look at you two, you're both a mess ! I'm gonna let you in on a little secret, the night that you came back from the fishing trip, I was there with Meredith. I asked her if she'd give us a chance. But then you showed up and she chose you. She turned me down, ME, Mark Sloan ! So take it from me, you two are meant for each other !

Mark: Okay, here it is, your choice... it's simple, rose or meredith, and I'm sure rose is really great. But Derek, meredith loves you, in a really, really big pretend to like your taste in music, let you eat the last piece of cheesecake, hold a radio over her head outside your window, unfortunate way that makes her hate you, love you. So pick meredith, choose meredith, love meredith.
Derek: I want to marry her. I want to have kids with her. I want to build us a house. I want to settle down and grow old with her. I want to die when I'm 110 years old, in her arms. I want a lifetime. i love her with everything in me
