i freakin love the thumbs up. more celebs should do that when the papparazzi (sp?) snags their picture. it makes him seem innocent, genuine...all good stuff like that.
and i go to school in lewiston, maine! sadly (i'm still mad at myself...) i didn't know he was going to be there until after the fact. but i might head over to cmc (central maine medical center) to see the cancer center he donated.
i'm so sick of reading quotes from katherine heigl, dissing past movies (i.e. knocked up) and just generally being sort of self centered. yes, i don't know patrick, but he seems like such a genuine guy. maybe it's his maine roots!

I suggest you need to read more of Patrick's articles and you can see how self-centered this man is. You are far to ignorant or you would have known Vanity Fair played dirty by putting Heigl out of context, and she had to clarified her quotes. Patrick's Maine rootes my ass. IMO PD is the most self-centered person on this show. P.S. Heigl also is very sweet to her paps by actually talking to them than rather give a thumbs up.

I read every interview by the castmembers, and I know many interviews are put out of context. They did that not only to Heigl but also to Eric Dane recently. Considering how loaded PD is he only gave the hospital one episode worth of money. One episode. That man has a lot more to spend around, and why name it after him. Since it's for his mother, then why not name it after her. PD is so arrogant and full of himself. He distants himself from the rest of the cast. During the strike there was not one candid with any of the castmembers.
Whereas Pompe, Knight, Ramirez, and Heigl socialized with everyone. Meanwhile PD was off by himself driving cars.....He's showing you a facade get use to it.

You shouldn't be talking sh** about PD if you don't know a thing about him. Him, as well as the rest of the cast, were all there for the strike and all sorts of charitable events. So what if he enjoys racing cars? It's his hobby! He still finds time to work on Grey's, movies, go to charity events and spend time with his family! Like the others said, this is a FAN site. Take your crap elsewhere, cuz we don't wanna hear it.

This isn´t the best pic of him he´s very far away. if you want to see better ones go on to just jared or PD news. There´s better ones there more close up. Anyway he looks SERIOUSLY HOT. I love the stubble. I hope they bring back Derek´s stubble.
