"Lay Your Hands On Me" Sneak Preview
In this sneak preview of "Lay Your Hands On Me," Dr. Bailey's son, Tucker, is being operated on after his accident, and the emotional Bailey insists on watching while Dr. Hahn operates. That doesn't go over well with Hahn and the Chief. See below...
Certainly looks like an emotional episode, in what will sadly (in all likelihood) be the last of Grey's Anatomy's Season Four, given the ongoing writers' strike.
Without a doubt, the month-long anticipation (not to mention some of the plot lines and spoilers) has prompted serious discussion about "Lay Your Hands On Me." We can't wait to finally watch the drama unfold Thursday night at 9.

I'm excited about the NEW episode on Thursday but sad in so many other ways.
1 - Its the last episode before the strike.
2- NO negotiations seem to be on the table presently and that means the season will be ending sooner than planned.
3- I read today that Rose may be staying around longer than 7 episodes. Here is what I read in "Spoiler Chat" by Kristen today and I didn't like what I read AT ALL about Rose!!
Lourdes in Paris: Thanks for the great interview with Lauren Stamile. She's adorable. Can we start a petition now for her to stay on the show?
You bet. FYI, I'm told the original plan for Lauren was for about seven episodes, possibly more if the Der-Rose chemistry was "humming." When you see this week's ep, I think you'll know which way producers are heading. (Hint: They dig her.) So, Lourdes, mon petit fromage, I think you'll get your wish, and we'll get much more of Rose when the show returns (whenever that may be).
Daniel in Atlanta: You said something bad happens to Bailey in the next Grey's. She's not getting sick or dying, is she?
Hell, no. She's alive and kickin'. In fact, she'll exhibit some of that superhuman strength that often happens when, say, a mother needs to lift a car off her baby. And yes, that's an intentional comparison. It will be heart wrenchingâ€"and the last ep we'll get till the bad thing ends...so, enjoy. (And bring a hanky.)
4- So, as you see this episode sounds so sad for soooo many reasons. Poor Bailey.
5- And Mer/Der........what is there to say about them at this point. I know we can only go on what we read and what the previews show...but it really doesn't look good for them. I truly would not have thought that Shonda would have left us with an ending like this with Mer/Der. So will he leave Meredith or not....I have tried so hard to be so positive about these two and maybe I'm giving up too soon, but how can you think positive now with all of what is being said with the spoilers and what the previews have shown. If this episode doesn't end with us the fans thinking they are now broken up, I'll thank Shonda for keeping such a well kept secret! I guess we'll just have to watch and see!

Iust wanted to say, I really love Cristina. She is so great. As a surgeon and as a person. She is better of without Burke. He was not good enough for her. Neat freak!
Poor Dr. Bailey. I feel for her.
I love and miss GA. Please come back the way you were!
