Grey's Anatomy Stars Rule People's Choice Awards
It was a win-some, lose-some night for Grey's Anatomy on Tuesday, when the hit ABC hospital drama managed to win all three TV acting trophies at the People's Choice Awards, while the acclaimed show itself was shut out of any wins.
The handsome Patrick Dempsey and newlywed Katherine Heigl took home the Male and Female TV Star awards, while their co-star, Chandra Wilson, beat out the competition to win the Scene Stealer trophy. However, it was another rival medical series, Fox's House, that brought home the award for TV Drama.

I watched the awards last night, and when Patrick was asked about Meredith and Derek being in serious trouble, he said "Well there's definitely going to be a cliff hanger. You will see one relaionship ending and another one beginning."
I'm confused. What do you guys think this means?

ut oh thats not a good sign. as much as i want meredith and derek to be together, thats not a good sign if u look at the previews. =[ i think derek asks rose on a date

Well, it's definitely different seeing them together...but I am with PD , it's getting boring the back and forth..I like to see someone finally have a healthy relationship on the show.

i think something romantic needs to happen. and a HUGE massacure, or something shocking its getting kind of boring and you can almost predict whats going on...
when's the show going to come back on anyways the wrighters need to get a move on enough with the strike.

Aint he yummy though, sorry that was my first thought, as for MerDer I think it's over for a little while but one get's the feeling it may not be too long, Rose may actually help there relationship if possible, lets hope so.

Yeah, I kinda agree with Shell, that the whole Derek-Rose thing might actually help Derek and Meredith. Everybody know that Derek and Meredith are meant to be together, they're like soul-mates or whatever, and they're the one couple that's been there since the begging, there have been the breakups and stuff, but they've got through it, and maybe they need this, they need Rose to get through it too. Maybe Derek will go out with Rose, perhaps on more than one ocation, and perhaps he'll realize that yeah, Rose is great and all, but Meredith, with all her commitment and abandonment issues, and the clumsiness and messiness and snoring is the one of her. He's said it before, she's the love of his life..
