i am so upset that derek kissed that nurse.if he is not sure about meredith then he just needs to leave her alone.let her go because he is just going to hurt her and meredith doesnt need hurt...she needs him to be there with her and to love her.

The kiss between Rose & Derek was so forced and awkward. It was horrible. And it didn't even make any sense.
I'm trying to remain hopeful that things work out for MerDer and I'm proud of her for trying and telling Derek where she is. Let's hope things aren't completed ruined by McThorny.
Interesting re: Alex & Ava and wondering where that will eventually go.

Derek and that nurse are not a match, it's about time Meredith and Derek get their act together.
Do not want to see him with a new hookup.

HORRIBLE! worst episode i've ever seen in my life...
1. Alex was a COMPLETE jerk to ava! he used to be my favorite and i used to love them together but now i hate him.. he doesnt deserve ava hes not good enough!
2. Hahn is annoying
3. Bailey and that whole thing was getting repetitive
4. TOO MUCH BLOOD!!! UGH
5. no clips for next episode even though i know it doesnt air until january but still
and lastly hate derek!! hes such a whimp who acts and talks like a girl... god im so mad right now about last nights episode

Okay, I've never posted before but this time I have to. The kiss between Derek and Rose looked so awkward and forced. It was not sweet, not hot and made me a little sick. I was less sick way back with the crying during sex between Meredith and George. Shonda-what are you thinking? I love tuning in to Grey's and being surprised by things-this wasn't one of those times. The rest of the episode was great, action packed, edge of your seat entertainment. But no, not that awkward, weird kiss.

I am a die hard Greys fan and nothing has bothered me much but I agree with the comment above mine. This eposode wasn't very good. It just happens that Rose could fix a computer issue? And because she could fix it, Derek kissed her? It'd be okay with Derek and Rose dating, but it really did seem forced. The whole Derek and Meredith is a circle - she believes in him, he lets her down, he goes after her - she can't trust him - now again she's believing in him, he'll let her down - and she'll not trust him again... It's getting old. Find a new storyline. As far as Alex - I think it's funny. All these girls are so dumb. It's not his fault, he's honest and they just fall into it. I enjoyed Izzie realizing that she's not a Hahn or Christina - they're all good Dr's just in different ways. But I thought that wife was a bitch. And I also am a little tired of Izzie feeling sorry for herself. The Baily thing was really getting old. And I liked Christina sticking up for herself to Bailey. I'm not sure if the writers knew the strike was coming so the writing got sloppy or what, but I hope the "last" one is better. Oh - and Lexie would not be allowed to walk all over the hospital with blood all over her - it's unsanatary. She really wouldn't be allowed into a room where they were doing surgery...Again sloppy writing.

oh my gis i hate derek!!! I mean he is a coward, and meredith is trying, when he kissed Addison was right becauses she was his wife but this strange nurse I mean just because she "saved" the patient it's the new girlfriend???? Meredith is a great doctor, and he is changing for less than nothing!!!!!!! I really hate this nurse rose!!!!!
p.d. love the final scene!!! lexie in meredith's house!

i hate derek and that nurse....it makes me upset that he kissed that woman.
the writers should do something with the story after the strike.this story going nowhere if they going to make another couple in person of derek and thet nurse.
get and find another man for meredith then.and let the story end.

OMG! That kiss was forced, and i didn't see any chemistry. (No affence, She might be a nice character and stuff, but Meredith and Derek are supposed to be together no matter what) This Meredith - Derek thing is getting old. They are supposed to be together, and i would hate if they really ended it, but the writers can't seem to understand that they are ment to be. If this thing with them don't stop, and they will never be happy, they should break them up. This is starting to get old.
I LOVED the svene at the end!

I was working late that night, so I taped it. I couldn't go to sleep without watching it, and I cried my freaking eyes out when I saw Derek kiss Rose. What an effing bastard!!! (That comboed with tiredness? Not a good site!!!) I hear that everybody hates Rose, But come on, if you had McDreamy lunging at you, I'm pretty sure you couldn't resist (Well, I couldn't!) But bloody Derek!!! He is the reason why Meredith can't be commit. I mean, come on! (Ranting time) She falls in love with him, He doesn't tell her anything about the wife, (He had many chances to do so!!) Then she turns up, she begs him to choose her, he doesn't, then freaking messes up her life, then can't bear that she is bloody well happy with McVet, so has sex with her, then he says he loves her, then she picks him, then he needs more time, then he gives up on her after the whole drowning thing, then he pretty much dumps her for being upset with her life - What with her mother dying, Her fake-mommy dying, her father slapping her/hating her etc. THEN when she admits the relationship needs to be over, he has 'Break-up' sex with her, THEN pretty much goes straight into a kiss with Rose, that looked like my parrot fish lunging at the food that floats on top of the water!!!(lol ROSE looks like she should be a sister, they have ZERO chemistry) THEN has Meredith on the side, just to break her that LITTLE bit more. grrrr Derek is such a bastard!!! (lol, Well, I am ranting, and I LOVE mer/der but the way he treats her sometimes?) But at the end of the day we all know that Meredith and Derek will FINALLY get together for good!!! And Hallelluha to that!
