Dec 6 episode is all about blood..................... there are no interesting underrcurrents...................it is time to dump this show.........last week was as bad as this week. It has lost its magic and it is no fun to watch it any more.................this episode, and last weeks episode, really sucks. I, for one, will be moving on until they fix the dreadful dierection this show has taken.

Maybe the writers are trying to make a point with all the blood. I mean obviously everyone is learning some major lessons and the blood and gore is always the messy part of life, which is inevitable. Do you really even like the show if you're SO quick to move on?

The writers need to get it right to make a point...It takes 4-5 years to get a degree in Social Work...Dr. Hahn's line stated it took two years to be a social worker.
Don't get on a social worker's bad side.
Just like doctors...We are social workers, not miracle workers.....

DO you really like Grey's Anatomy, are you a real fan?
Because any other true Grey's fan would see past the blood which quite frankly i like. I mean-it is a show, with medical procedures and surgery-so obviously it will include some blood. If they want to show an exposed artery burst, why shouldn't they? It's life and i think they are trying to take a step up.

OMG! Has anyone seen the Ausiello report? Seems that a bookcase is going to come crashing down on Bailey's son, little Tuck! The episode doesn't air till JANUARY!

The lack of comments on the forum show just how many people have jumped ship....... I remember there used to be 20, 30 pages of comments....
I HATE DEREK & ROSE! HATE IT!!!
They're going to lose so many people because of it. Especially since the next ep isn't till next year. We all know what happened to Lost.....
Sorry Grey's, you really, really shot yourself in the foot. I'd say you're in about as good of shape as the guy who blew his artery....
I only tuned in partway between channel surfing too....

That episode, was amazing. A perfect ending. However, i do think it was quite hypocritical of george to talk about marriage. He and Callie-never should have happened.
I am sorry for Bailey and her husband. Hopefully she can make it work, signs dont look good though.
I'm glad Meredith told Derek the truth, but what did derek want to say?! Meredith told him not to speak but he wanted ot say something!!
was it about the kiss with rose? Well, i know it was but what did he think of it?

Bailey's marriage is doomed - her little son is rushed to the emergency room after a bookcase falls on him, and likely he dies. There will be blame back and forth and the marriage won't survive his death.

Is Tucker really gonna die? OMG this is tragical! This would be the worst thing ever happened to any of Grey's characters... Poor, POOR Bailey! The writers said they were about to bring fun and purity back to 4th season, but seriously is this FUN? Come on get over yourselves! And you watchers saying that you'll stop watching GA, i think you're just waiting in the corner to start arguing. You should be more faithful, more devotee and not to give this great show up! Thank you.

am i the only person who realized how acward rose and derek's kiss was. i really hate her. shes screwing with meredith and dereks situation. you just dont do that. so did george and izzie break up?
i hate seeing dr bailey upset, why is everything going wrong in her life?

I feel it is hard to see the big picture of the story lines until I sit down and watch several episodes together. I think when we look back on the season, what happens in the moment(episode) tends to make more sense. These people are on a journey which I am am still enjoying watching. Nothing else grips me on TV like Grey's.
However, when Derek kissed Rose, I cringed! It was SO WRONG!

i only loved two very specific moments in this episode -- that one with cristina and lexie and the 'dance party'.
everything else i ABSOLUTELY HATED.
i hate that it's unnecessarily gory, i hate it that derek kissed rose... and not just because of the act itself -- rather the whole derek-rose thing is just so contrived. it's all at once boring and frustrating and manipulative, and while i want to always have faith in Grey's, at this point, the waiting for things to turn around is pretty exhausting.

I thought this was a great episode -everyone dancing at the end reminded me of prime Season 2 Grey's and I was happy Lexie was part of the group. She is really growing on me.
But Derek and Rose- WHA????! Made no sense. And especially because three or four episodes ago he was saying he was in love with Meredith and wanted to marry her. And he's known Rose for three episodes (and in fact two of them are one day?) And how often have you randomly been kissed AT WORK by someone you've know for two days? And two days ago in Grey's time, she saw him leave the bar with meredith. So what up with that?
Also I want Bailey to work things out with Tucker. There's no reason for Bailey to be single.
But besides that, I loved the episode.

I hate the rose and derek scene! I HATE ROSE! How could they do that. The kiss was gorrier than the blood! Meredith improved so much in this episode and she was so happy! She really loves him!

I am so glad, quite a few of you share the same sentiments about this episode. Wow, that episode was literally bloody on so many levels- marriage, relationships, patients,etc.
I am glad we saw more Bailey again, even if she is going through tough times. It really isn't easy balancing responsibilities as a surgeon, wife, and mother. I know Bailey can do it, I hope she can. I also hope things do work out between her and Tucker.
And can I add how I vehemently detested the Derek "not so McDreamy at the moment"/"thorny" Rose scene. Urrrggghhh! I suppose it's good that Mer has some competition to light her fire and want to fight. But come on, cut the girl some slack. Meredith has come so far on a personal level. I love how she was telling the nurse to stay for Ray, even if it is the toughest thing to do because at least you will have someone. Everyone needs somebody. Give Mer a break, Just when she seemed to be reaching a point where Derek needed her to be. I have to agree that Derek/Rose chemistry is none existent, it seems contrived and not genuine. So with all that said, I'm putting in my vote on this whole Derek/Rose thing- two THUMBS DOWN!

Dr. Haun's comment on the last Grey's episode was extremely insulting!!! A social worker doesn't go to school for 2 years-a bachelors degree like any other degree takes 4 years..then there's your masters, doctorate, etc. Not only that but social workers are the most underrated profession out there...we bust our asses helping people constantly for very little money, very little resources, and very little support. Do we treasure our children or do we treasure material things?!?!!?

Well, the episode was HORRIBLE.
Now ,that is to say I really enjoyed like 3 parts of it. That is like 3 out of 50 parts .
DEREK/ROSE HAVE NO CHEMISTRY!
Take away merideth/derek and GA is like OVER!
Merideth/Derek relationship has been pretty much the center of the show since season one. End it, and beyond a doubt many people will stop watching the show.
