Ellen Pompeo and Chris Ivery continue their newly wedded bliss, leaving a Beverly Hills restaurant, Yoshinoya, smiling together and hand-in-hand Tuesday...
The couple will celebrate their two-week wedding anniversary this Friday. Ellen's Grey's Anatomy co-star, Patrick Dempsey, (as he later revealed in an interview) and other close friends were told about the November 9 wedding the Monday before the nuptials took place, but the public was left largely in the dark.
Which is probably just the way Ellen and Chris - who had spoken of their desire for a small wedding, out of the spotlight - wanted it. We're very happy for these two!

I'm not surprised Ellen told Patrick as close as they are! I see Patrick and Ellen as people that can confide into each other about things that maybe they can't tell anyone else about, not even their spouses sometimes. I think its good to have someone like that. They seem that close too me, which I think is great! I may be wrong here, but for some reason I don't think so.

i agree with u kathy..i think ellen and patrick are close friends..i read somewhere, that there were times ellen and chris baby sit patrick's twins.

Thanks for the photos. truly a lovely couple. and Ellen is actually shinning in all her recent photos the past 2 weeks. I am soo happy for them.

I do believe Ellen and Patrick are close friends. its obvious how they are thogether outside Grey' Aantomy. and its true Ellen did baby sit Patricks twins and they also vacationed together in London last summer. the 4 of them. I know Ellen is also very close with Sandra Oh, After her London trip she went to China with Sandra Oh and her boyfriend I believe. So I would think Ellen only told those two and prorbably Shonda and Betsy. my guess only.

I love Ellen she's so understated and always classy. She never plasters herself with make up she's a natural beauty. Love her on GA. She doesn't overact and completely outshines all the Kate Walshes and Lauren Stamilles that come on to the show without even trying too hard. Derek has never and will never look at anyone the way he looks at meredith. He's just conflicted but he will cop on. Congratulations Ellen

Yay! thks for the post. Ellen looks as adorable as always. I read on jared that ellen actually told all her cast members including kathrine, chandra and TR. But i think she is exceptionally closer to patrick and sandra Oh as you said.
Mandizzle, i dont think ellen is the kind of person that rushes into things, so i dont think she will just become pregnant.
