1. Dr. Hahn: Welcome addition, or Unwanted bitch?
McCritic: A welcome addition. Especially considering the rumors that Dr. Hahn is a lesbian. Talk about sticking it to Isaiah Washington where it counts!
iheartizzie: Dr. Hahn's previous guest appearances were very solid, and I think the actress (Brooke Smith) does a great job. The only regrettable thing is Burke being gone - these college classmates had a great love-hate rapport, a begrudging mutual respect. It will be interesting to see Cristina work with Dr. Hahn.
AndYouveGotTheHair: Welcome. Looks like with Dr. Hahn and Lexie (Chyler Leigh) we're back up to an even dozen full-time cast members. That's a lot to find good stories and screen time for, but I do like Dr. Hahn and think she'll fit in well.
2. We now have Nurses United Against Mark Sloan. What other types of clubs could be formed to rally against (or for) other characters on the show?
iheartizzie: The I Got Syph From Olivia Club. Although word has it this club's server has already crashed twice from so many people logging on at once.
McCritic: Loyal and Dedicated Husbands Against George O'Malley.
AndYouveGotTheHair: Men and Women United in Awe of McDreamy's Hair.
3. For the first time in awhile, we got a glimpse into the personal life of Dr. Miranda Bailey. Do you want to see more of this?
AndYouveGotTheHair: I've been talking about the need for more Bailey on the show for weeks, and this insight into her personal life was an unexpected wrinkle. I'm glad the writers did it, because she's too good not to have more depth.
McCritic: Yes. It makes sense we rarely see the Miranda behind the Dr. Bailey. But this character has the biggest heart on the show. It's intriguing to see how she balances such generosity between her life-saving professional requirements and the demands of a loving husband and adorable newborn at home.
iheartizzie: Dr. Bailey is awesome. She's the go-to resident, regardless of Callie's title. But given her commitment to Seattle Grace, and the lack of attention her home life receives, I've wondered if she is headed down the same road as Richard on a personal level. This week was the first time this has been explored.
4. Diagnose the chemistry between Alex and Ava.
McCritic: Hot and heavy, with a chance for perpetual bliss if treated with proper care.
iheartizzie: Latent, but palpable. If Ava gives Alex the proper medication (a kick in the rear end), hopefully his symptoms of trepidation will be cured!
AndYouveGotTheHair: Breaking out! Someone give this girl 50 CCs of Karev, STAT! Body temperatures will be rising in the on-call room next week!

The show isnt as good as it was with Burke and Addison. Period. The writing has been just as bad... "ashes to ashes? I dug up a dead cat? Flushed a goldfish?" Please. Spare me.
Glad they listened to 90% of the fans who hated George and Izzie together... another stellar move.

oh my gah...... the whole alex and ava thing made my whole week...... i was giggly through half the episode.... and that hasn't happened in a while. haha I don't know why, but Dr Hahn annoys the crap out of me....but not more than Lexie did the first couple of episodes.... so she may grow on me. haha And I
m definitely glad that they focused on Bailey... she's needs some more background for sure. she deserves it..... GO GEORGE AND IZZIE! I have to admit, I wasn't a fan of Gizzie at first, but their chemistry is undeniable.
PS. Derek CANNOT be allowed to date.... ugh!

90% of the fans hate Gizzie, LOL, is that why they are winning all the polls. The only place they scored that percentage was the ABC panel which was spammed by TWOP haters. They did another panel recently and this time the Gizzie fans were informed 9none knew about it the first time around) and more than 50 of people loved them this time around. I did two chats and the majority of people were pro-Gizzie there and saying they were what they loevd most on the show.
They have 251 fans on Fanforum, second behind MerDer, and 468 on Livejournal, the biggest Grey couple community
And if you look at the poll on this site, more than 50% of people want them together
So before saying stupid things, check your facts.
veyone I know offline is crazy about those two, so yes I would say Shonda made a great move!
The one couple everyone is talking about, and people evenly divided on both sides, a dream come true for a writer

Ok, this episode made me fall in love with Gizzie too, the scene at the end with them gave me goosebumps. So count me in as another converted fan.

okie...this episode was great!! loved the whole halloween and haunting idea. it amazes me how well writers can come out with such interesting stuff! :) GREYS as always is good watching...kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. anyways, firstly To clear things up...majority of greys fans or watchers love Gizzie! C'mon probably only 20% dislike them being together, other than tht, We LOVE them! how can u say they aren't meant to be a couple?! and yess...they are winning all the polls f.y.i!
As for alex and ava...their chemistry was hot! and i'm glad tht alex is put in a happier relationship for once, and now maybe he won't be so mean and egoistic anymore! :P wanna see more of them.
Bailey has so much more dept in this episode, with her family issues. and how nothing is black and white! tht George isn't a bad guy!! *thank you for tht* :) he isn't...he is the total opposite, such a sweet heart and incredibly adorable. When he gave his speech about saving his father...he would give his own Heart! i thought tht was just lovely and thoughtful! lexie was even crying due to his moving "speech".
Gizzie in this episode was a lil less than expected! i wanted more Gizzie-ness. but i was satisfied at the ending of the ep, when George sat next to Izzie and held her hand so tenderly. all smiling at each other...and saying, "We made it through today". it made me go Awwww...seriously. How can anybody deny tht chemistry and Love?! i'm so PRO- gIZZIE!
talk about cuteness when mer asked them questions in the cafeteria...those two nvr go wrong.
Can't wait for the next ep..watched the trailer and Izzie and George are gonna have HOT sex! :D at least they showed her saying tht. but finally they are not so tormented and having a romantic relationship!! :) they deserve it.
Do you guys think they will finally, as izzie put it.."Be together"??

fyi, "ashes to ashes, dust to dust" is an adaptation from the bible in genesis 3:19 "for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return"
so get your sources before bashing them. please.
