Patrick Dempsey looks like he's on the set of a movie, but he was actually just out and about in Paris, France, strolling from St. Germain along the Left Bank's Rue Bonaparte. A mostly unrecognized Patrick Dempsey walked along the Seine with friends, stopping at a number of bookseller stalls. Looking handsome, we might add!

He´s the only Irish guy i know of that looks SERIOUSLY SEXY in a flat cap.The only guys i know that wear flat caps are old fat & bald. I prefare Patrick in a flat cap to a baseball cap. I just think they suit him more. God he look McDreamy.
