I will seriously stop watching if she messes with Derek and Meredith.
Please don't have them break up. I've been waiting since Season 1 for this.

She's a love interest. Name's Rose, is a scrub nurse (LOW!!!!SURGEONS R 4 DEREK) He keeps seeing her. So I think she's a love interest but screw her. I mean Temperance Brennan "Bones" is so much prettier than her.
Derek is (1) not creepy (2) being a dumdum (3) way too flirtatious (4) overusing his hair gel and (5) letting ShondA (SCREW U SHONDA) do this to us

why? seriously the show was looking so good from the last couple of episodes now they are going to bring this new chick in??? what happened to all the good things in season 1&2 either put them together or break them up forever (personally i hope you put them together) just please make up your mind and stop doing this circle thing

She's great looking. Though meredith is sleeping whith derek, she doesn't decide to give "the step", so this nurse should provide some spice to this novel. When meredith and derek stay togheter, the novel will end! Nobody wants that.

I don't want Rose to meddle with Meredith and Derek, but by the looks of this season's love affairs, it's all going down hill. First Mer/Der decides on S&M only, then Gizzie decides to try to make it work, then Alex and Lexie are "caught in the act". Not to mention Addison and Burke leaving SGH. All relationships have been heading downhill. Although I don't want Mer/Der to end, but maybe Derek is feeling the strain of their relationship, and wants some more action.

Great to see Lauren Stamile on the show. She was raised in Tulsa, OK. by wonderful parents. Her Dad is an orthopeadic surgeon and her Mom and nurse. I use to work for years with her Dad in surgery. They are so proud of her and I hope the rest of the country agrees. This is one of the nicest families you could ever know. Very friendly, kind and down-to-earth.
I remember Lauren, her sisters and little brother coming with their Dad to work and hanging out in the emergency room while he did some emergency surgery. They were little, so cute & charming. It's so cool to see Lauren grown up and being in a TV hospital vs. the real one she "grew up" in with her Dad.

woahhh no wayyyy ! meredith and derek HAVE to stay togetherrrr ! viewers love seeing their relationship. if derek has a new lover then i wud go nutsss. meredith and derek are a perfect couple. sure they have some arguements but thats wat makes a relationship grow. they have to stay together until the end. lauren seems good on the show but she cud be one of dereks sisters and nothing else. this season shud juss be derek and meredith fixing up their relationship with some sort of drama tho. they shud be together with no other man or woman involved.

I think that Lauren is Derek's new love interest. I know, I know everyone wants to see Derek with Merideth, but she needs to tell him what she wants. I think that the scrub nurse (Lauren) is going to force Merideth to decide what she wants and tell Derek how she feels.

I had gotten away from watching Grey's anatomy due to work. Now that Lauren is on the show, I won't miss an episode. It's an easy way to see what family is up to :)

Give it up. Mer & Der are really old hat. Mer has gotten dreary and boring. Like to see someone add fresh face and some spunk to the show. Lauren (Rose) looks like a great "interest" for Der. He needs some happiness and smiles in his life... Give Miss Rose a chance. She might surprise you all. I have never missed Greys, but up until now is was starting to get boring!!! Shonda don't be intimidated! There are a lot of us who like the new girl Nurse Rose.

i think she's gonna be the new love interest of McDreamy. i think it's okay. i just don't think it will help the status of the show, really.

A poorly written, unneeded, dropped in from nowhere, with no history or chemistry with the character (Derek) character. Horrible mistake by Shonda Rhimes which means by the time this strike is out, Shonda & Co will let it leak that she is now "a MAJOR recurring character" to try to create show buzz over any real quality from this show. Guess what? We've BEEN THERE, DONE THAT and at least before the characters were better written than this one. It's beyond the rational thought process what Rhimes is thinking and why she would take such a promising show and turn it into a crappy teenage night time soap. If she was smart, she'd lose this character pronto, but it's Shonda Rhimes and her massive ego, so this horrible gimmicky character will stay until she and the horrible plot line that revolves around her ruins not only the Derek character, but many fans interest in the show as well.

I think it is time they get merideth out of there, NOT Rose! They should boot Merideth, she is all washed up in my book. They have her little sister to keep the grey's name. Derek needs someone who is actually pretty! LAUREN!!!! Meredith leaves much to be desired!!!!!!

No! Please no! It better be one of Derek's sisters, she better be!!... I want derek and meredith together forever (L)! I mean THEY are true soulmates... and the romantic part of the series is watching them together!!!... "Nurse Rose" is kinda cute, but she better keep her hands of derek. lol.
I know that it is more passionate this way, like, 3 or 4 episodes with derek and Nurse Rose, and then he realizes , once again, that meredith is THE ONE for him. I don't knoww. Get her out of the series!
