There was certainly a lot going on in the Halloween episode, and The Insider staff has posted its guide to "Haunt You Every Day" to take you through all the action at Seattle. I'm so happy Callie called them out on what they did!! That's what they get and how dare Izzie try to tell Christina what she did was the same! Hello it's not you cheated she slept with her boyfriend! I'm sorry but I can't stand Izzie and I'm sure her and George won't last because cheaters never do!!!

ava and alex!!!! they were so cute!!! i was so sad at the end but then i put the pieces together and he is going to go find her because remember in the beginning she said she leaves her shirt near her daughter if shes not there and it smells like her well she did that with alex and he'll go get her..

I think the plot of Ava and Alex is awful!!! I am so sick of the plot line of the doctors sleeping with the patients - ugh! It's almost as awful as the whole Izzie-George plot line

If cheaters don't last, no couples will last on this show, right (not MerDer or Alex and Ava either)? How dare Cristina attack Izzie for something Mer did do (hello, prom sex) and she never attacked her for it?
I hate her!
And Alex and Ava is worse than george and Izzie, Ava has a kid with an amazing guy who she is married to. George was married two seconds to someone he married while he was reeling over his dad's death and he and Izzie did it once, while drunk. Alex was sober. Yet noone is reeming him out, are they?
So tired of Gizzie being the only couple who gets taken to task for one mistake they made.
I think they have a chance at alsting, well the most you can on that show, as they have a very very strong love and connection togetehr!

George and Izzie together at the end made me swoon. Those two can make me swoon just holding hands and smiling. The way they smile at each other, noone else does that. Just total love!

Loved the whole show, except Alex, what a disgusting hypocrit pig he is!
Mer and Ryan were so adorable, that was the Mer I love, get her away from Derek and she shines.
George and Izzi were so sweet, man just when I thought I couldn't love them more, I do.

Izzie and george are amazing, that scene at the end, the way they smile at each other, Izzie just lights up around him, they are SO in love.

yess...i totally agree with abby! at first i thought there wasn't enough Gizzie moment in this ep! i was like, "Come on, show me some george and izzie love!" until finally at the end of the episode! woah...those two really work well together, and the chemistry is so strong!! the way George just went over to izzie and sat down beside her...holding her hand, and SMILING! just plain old smiling gets me all giddy in awwness...:) only Gizzie could do tht to me...they seem so happy around each other! so totally in LOVE!

This episode was Classic Grey and I loved every moment of it Callie was stupid and her character has also become the victim of the Gizzie effect. I think Shonda is confused abt Gizzie and cant decide which way she should go. Till last epi I was hating Gizze and today first time after S3, I started rooting for the Gizzie Ship.
The kid was brilliant and it was nice to see Mer not obsessing abt Derek. The Daddy joke was the highlight and I loved the Nazi monologue. It was important as it once again put focus on George and Izzie and their bond rather than how George is a spineless confused bloke or how Izzie is the other woman.
Alex is really growing on me and Ava does bring a softer side to him. Who knew I would also like Lexie and can I just say that Im glad Norman has left Seattle Grace.
The only person Im having a prblem is Christina. wtf is her problem?
