After seeing the promos….I think that when Derek says to Meredith that…."you're not ready for this" (meaning their relationship), I think she will surprise him and say that she is. I think that is when he kisses her because the room in both shots look the same! The promo with Mcsteamy and Derek most happen near the beginning of the episode and the scenes with Mer/Der are after that! Thats my thoughts…I'm still thinking positive about Mer/Der and I think Shonda knows thats what all of us fans want is Mer/Der back together! And we already know that is what Patrick and Ellen hope too. In the few interviews that Patrick has done since they have started back filming for season 4, he acts happy about the season thus far and comments how much fun everyone is having……so I think that means everything is good on the Mer/Der front on GA.
There are even newer clips on abctv.com (on the greys Anatomy site) when Izzie, Cristina, Alex and Meredith are doing the very same things to the new interns as Bailey did with them on their first day! ITs so funny.
And the link below are some new pics of stills from the first episode and one great pic of Patrick Dempsey (by himself in a blue shirt and white pants) which I have to say makes a GREAT background on your computer! (ha)

(Remember his visit to Addison Sewell in the hospital, where he promised to wear a 'stay strong' bracelet in the second episode of season 4!!)
It would be sooo nice if he would not forgotten it during the filming of the scenes!!
