Grey's Anatomy spoiler alert: Residents and interns treat the victims of a massive explosion at an apartment building, as Alex investigates the cause of the accident.
Mrs. Burke returns to collect her son's things... just as Cristina trades her wedding presents in exchange for surgeries. Lexie Grey tries to have a heart-to-heart with an unwilling Meredith, and while Callie is overwhelmed with her duties as Chief Resident, Dr. Bailey searches for a new outlet for her pent-up leadership skills.

Everybody is smiling...except Christina. Do you think that McSteamy is smiling at Meredith? I don't think it's possible, after what happened when Mark first showed up in Seattle...

I know that Mer would never go there with Mark, Dereck would knock him out, I think Mer is thinking of Dereck with all the wedding gift's and what she can make for him in bed.
MerDer will always find there way back to each other they are Soul Mates.......Love You Dereck is very very hot, would not say no to waking up to him ever day

These pictures don't even really tell you anything. I can't wait for the premiere!!! I hope meredith and derek stay together and izzie and george get together they're so cute together. I don't really care about Cristina or anybody else, but then theres ALEX...
ah alex, i heard that ava is coming back and im so happy they're so PERFECT for each other and in the tv guide it was like ava will be returning and we hear her return will be a "romantic one"!!!!!! =) yay i love ava and alex!!!

I think all those boxes like the rice cooker and the espresso machine are Cristinas wedding gifts and she gave them to Mer. And I really hope Meredith is not smiling at Mark!!!

i think she might be talking to mark but isn't smiling at him becauses to me if you look really close at the 2 pics you can kinda see mark is kinda lying on the espresso machine.i really hope derek came by to.
