- Meredith and Derek are officially broken up as of the first episode â" but if you've seen those elevator promos, you know there's still hope!
- Izzie Stevens' interns apparently think she's a bottom-of-the-barrel loser â" especially after she brings a deer into the hospital to be saved.
- Callie Torres has a terrible time getting respect from others on the staff who don't understand why she's chief resident, especially over Dr. Bailey.

I totally disagree, Callie is gonna make a awesome chief resident, I think Bailey would of made a good chief of surgery not resident.

I don´t believe Meredith would EVER break-up with her McDreamy. So i won´t beleiieve until i see it. Anyway what elevator promos are they talking about. The reason i DON´T belueve it. Is because Meredith broke-up with Derek before & she regreted it. So even if she does do somthing SO STUPID. She´ll regret it & BEG Derek for a chance which hé`ll give her because SHE gave him one.

OMG...McDreamy and Mere no longer together... I don't know if I will watch if they break up for good!!! They are the cutest couple on the show, PLEASE get them back together.... I'll boycott the show you know....HAHAHAHA...well maybe for a week!

Ellen Pompeo made the statement on the ET interview that she (meredith) can't make up her mind about him right away....that would be too predictable! So, I figured it would take them a few episodes to work it out and I Do Believe They Will! GA would not be GA without Mer/Der and SHonda knows that! Even Patrick said in his racing interview a couple of weeks ago....what everybody wants to happen...will happen! I think they play around alittle before Meredith commits!

i hate all these spoilers it was supposed that shonda was going to fix everything not make it worse meredith and derek breaking up? that doesnt make any sense to me and gets me angry callie as chief resident had me angry all summer and poor izzie i mean everyone seems to be against her why can the characters just have a little bit of hapiness after all theyve been through? i really hope season 4 will be better than what it seems i really really hope so
