We were sent this still picture from the set of Grey's Anatomy and thought we'd share it with you all. It appears that Izzie Stevens (Katherine Heigl) is giving orders to a group of new interns, and that a rather large farm animal is arriving at Seattle Grace for some reason! What on Earth is going on?
Izzie Stevens has a cow. Almost literally.

Perhaps McVet thought Seattle Grace was a good place of healing for his patients as well, so he sent one over lol! Can't wait to see!
