Grey's Anatomy Spoilers: The Latest

Elisabeth Reaser PhotoHere are a few of the latest Grey's Anatomy spoilers we've come across ...

-- Sources confirm that Emmy nominee Elizabeth Reaser is returning to Grey's Anatomy this fall as Alex's erstwhile Jane Doe / Rebecca Pope. An exact episode count is still being worked out, but Michael Ausiello of TV Guide reports that it's "definitely more than one."

-- Ausiello also reports that it's looking more like Shonda Rhimes may officially stick a fork in George and Izzie in the season premiere when the pals are forced to examine their relationship while tending to a very unusual patient: a deer. That's right, an injured deer comes to Seattle Grace Hospital.

NOTE: We've also heard similar spoilers along these lines ... the only variant being the animal, which is also rumored to be a raccoon. Looks like O'Mizzie could really be done, though.

-- Here's a spoiler from allegedly from a Grey's Anatomy script that got out. The names have been altered, so it's unknown whether the women involved in the plot line are cast members, guest stars or some combination thereof. In any case, here's the reported story line:

Three women, Elaine, Connie, and Joanne, are obviously very close. Dr. Lawson enters with his interns, and Elaine tells Connie this is why she should get sick also... they are all so handsome.

Dr. Smith enters and Connie calls him the most handsome of all, and it is clear that they know one another. Connie tells them all that Dr, Smith removed her appendix and it BARELY left a scar. She has told her friends all about him, and she says she gets nervous around the good-looking ones. Connie has cancer in her vocal chords, and they will have to do surgery on her to remove them. Connie is afraid that this may be her last chance to talk and she has so much that she has to say.

With her friends' encouragement she does speak - and insults Joanne (tells her that her pants make her look fat) and Elaine (her breath is terrible). Later, the friends return to find that Connie's surgery went well and she will talk again, but for now she has to rest her vocal chords (Dr. Brown is with her). Elaine and Joanne come in with balloons and tell her that since she can't talk it THEIR turn - and they begin by telling her that she has horrible taste is men.

The three woman bond as Dr. Brown leaves. Henry is a sullen 15 year-old, and his sudden change in behavior is alarming to his mother, Marcy, who has brought him in for drug tests and a complete blood work up. Dr. Keller is the doctor on the case. When the blood tests come back clean, Marcy is still concerned and Dr. Keller tells her that he's just a teenager, when Henry starts spouting nonsense.

Dr. Keller orders some neurological tests. Later, Dr, Keller is paged back to the clinic to find that Henry had another spouting nonsense spell and has collapsed. An exam shows that he has herniated and pressure in his brain. Dr. Keller orders Dr. Smith paged.

Hmz, I don't like new ppl entering the show..It sounds kinda crap, no?
Jane Doe, I found her pretty annoying..
Pff, I don't think season 4 will be as good as the former seasons..
We'll know within a few months!

  2. No. Says:

    Are these new doctors regulars?

    I already don't like them!

  3. Lauren Says:

I too, would like to know if these new doctors will be regulars and will they take the spotlight off of Ellen Pompeo (Meredith), Patrick Dempsey (Derek), Sandra Oh (Christina), Chandra Wilson (Dr. Bailey)... etc. So, I'm with No.... I definately don't like them, and I haven't even seen them yet

  4. grace loves burktina Says:

that's not cool. there's too many characters for us to learn now.
i bet they're not even as good as the original cast.
no matter how "fun" season 4 is gonna be, i just know it's never gonna be as good as it used to be. shit.

  5. hafsa Says:

I dont think Shonda will sit down and just let her show go down. She definately knows what she is doing and is always full of secrets. These new doctors could be the regular doctors but they changed the names anyway to confuse everyone. I read somewhere where shonda said she reads every single blogs/comments from her fans and she takes them very serious, i say give this woman a chance, i dont think she will let us down. At least i hope not.

  6. greyslover Says:

Yeah I think Shonda's under a lot of pressure, Pompeo has a contract for 2 more seasons, what if people won't watch the show anymore.. Well as I said before: Maybe it would be better if they would stop at a penicle, a 'happy ending' or something, instead of storylines that aren't 'real life' anymore, then grey's will fade away..

  7. omfg.greysanatomy Says:

wow. i think that ava/rebecca [whatever her name is] will be good coming back to the show. but it would be hard to incorporate her [remember merideth and mcvet?] since shes not a doctor. unless she forgot that she was a doctor and suddenly remebered. but that would be lame.
    :]

  8. Kathy Says:

I thought they were all under contract for 3 more years and then I guess at that point they will decide if the show will run for an additional 2-3 more years. Hopefully, it will last several years to come.
Also, I've noticed that in all the spoilers that are coming out...there is never any mention of whats going on with Meredith and Derek......whats us with that? They are being very secretive about those two.
I think there may be a new cast member or two, but I think the show will continue to evolve around the regular cast.

  9. Bonnie Says:

I did'nt like what I read. They are trying to add way to many people. I mean Shonds herself said writing for all these people was becoming really dificult. To me it takes away from the main character's when guest stars over stay more than a couple of episodes. None of them were that great last season. There is just to many contradictions from one article to the next.

  10. luvthisshow Says:

ughhhhhhhhh no more jane doe/ava pullllleeeez!! i was almost comatose the first time around. also if george/izzie is really kaput---that leaves an izzie/alex reunion open. i don't know, i just hope the show is witty and fun and enticing like it was the first season. shonda needs to bring back peter horton and the original batch of writers to right the ship before it's too late. and i don't think shoving the new interns down our throats will be a good way to start.
