Grey's Anatomy Sneak Preview Tonight?
ABC has been showing sneak previews for some of its returning shows this week, so we're guessing that you might get a glimpse of what's to come in Season Four (which starts September 27) during tonight's repeat.
If anyone has any more information on this, please let us know.
We will try to get any previews of the new season up on our site as soon as possible. In the meantime, we'll be watching "From a Whisper to a Scream" tonight with hopes of seeing some future Grey's Anatomy clips.

I am watching it tonight with my friend. We are so excited and can watch a rerun in hopes of seeing the previews for season four.

There was a press release on ABCmedianet.com that said there would be a sneak peek tonight!!

On the commercials for tonight's episodes they said that sneak peeks for the upcoming seasons.

I don't want to see any previews..I guess I am weird...but I just want to wait til sept 27 to see everything in its entirety. I can't stand anymore speculation...im sick of it actually..I just want it to start cause the past 4 months have sucked not knowing whats going to happen.

did anyone just see the preview for the new season?! i heard it and turned around right at the end and derek was like you're the girl from the bar talking to lexie and meredith is right there and she says i'm the girl from the bar! it was kind of funny from what i caught.. but if anyone can get it post the link on here so i can see it please!!

no my absolute favorite was when cristina was saying "don't bother sucking up. i already hate you," just like bailey said to them in the pilot. i was like OH MY GODDDD AHHHH! it just made me really happy lol. i have to say, this little preview, although it was not what i expected, got me a lot more excited for this season.

Hey Pink: This preview tonite you would have loved. Der says to Lexie "your the girl from the bar." Mer is with him and MER LOOKS AT HIM AND SAYS "I'M THE GIRL FROM THE BAR." You should have seen DER'S FACE. I said to the tv yea man, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT.!!! Mer looked like she was ready to kick his butt. Our girl may be coming back full throttle. ( I sure hope so)
Pink, Mer had an attitude. I thought to my self you go and stake your claim girl.!!!
The other thing I have to say is.

My God, Merediths answer "I'm the girl from the bar" was PERFECT :) HEHE and the look on dereks face was priceless, oh hes going to enjoy the jelousy part isn't he. and Lexie looks like Christinas intern, wow thats going to be intense torturing :)
can't wait... season 4 looks great from that little preview.

All i can say is OH MY FREAKIN GOD. Derek´s face was pricless. It kinda like my girlfriend is gonna kill me. So i´m thinkin maybe they didn´t break-up after all. & i must say the face Derek pulled was SO cute.
