We were sent this, and by popular demand, here's another Ellen Pompeo photo from the set of Grey's Anatomy. That looks to be McDreamy himself, Patrick Dempsey, posing with Ellen and some fans - although the lighting obscures his trademark hair somewhat. Always nice to see a pic of these two.

i really think that based on this picture and the one where ellen is getting flowers.. it looks like she could be pregnant..... uh oh.

that doesn't look like patrick dempsey...i don't know if it is or not but it doesn't really look like him to me.

I have magnfineglass on my computer i put it to look at the photo it´s defnitly him he & Ellen look SO together. It is a shame the lighting in the photo is so bad you can´t McDreamy´s amazing hair. i also love Ellen´s hair
I´m SO jelous of those two girls i would love to meet Elln & Patrick.

Nice picture thks for the post. Emmm....... i dont think ellen looks pregnant, she looks healthy though. Anyway time will tell.

Patrick always looks good but he looks REALLY good in thi picture[even though you can't really make him out that much].
As for Ellen, she looks great as usual.

she sord of looks pregnant but im not really sure i hope soo!!!! that would be awsome for her charecter then her and derek would have to getr marrried on the show!!!!!

She is not pregnant...she has said numerous times that she would like children but not until after Grey's is over because it wouldn't be fair to the show. Anyway, I am SO excited for season 4!
