Ellen Pompeo on the Set of Grey’s
We were sent this, and by popular demand, here’s another Ellen Pompeo photo from the set of Grey’s Anatomy. That looks to be McDreamy himself, Patrick Dempsey, posing with Ellen and some fans - although the lighting obscures his trademark hair somewhat. Always nice to see a pic of these two.
i really think that based on this picture and the one where ellen is getting flowers.. it looks like she could be pregnant….. uh oh.

I have magnfineglass on my computer i put it to look at the photo it´s defnitly him he & Ellen look SO together. It is a shame the lighting in the photo is so bad you can´t McDreamy´s amazing hair. i also love Ellen´s hair

Patrick always looks good but he looks REALLY good in thi picture[even though you can’t really make him out that much].

She is not pregnant…she has said numerous times that she would like children but not until after Grey’s is over because it wouldn’t be fair to the show. Anyway, I am SO excited for season 4!

I don’t think she’s pregnant it’s just the way their standing. It looks like they are trying to eat lunch or something. I think this is the closest to a picture of them together we’ve gotten in a while. I wish it were better quality.

I think she looks pregnant. Her face is very swollen and she is normally very thin…She is always beautiful though.
