Leading lady Ellen Pompeo daringly pulled off a one-shouldered dress from the Christian Dior Fall 2007 collection Monday at John Galliano's Haute-Couture Fall-Winter 2008 collection presentation held at âl Orangerie' of the Versailles Castle near Paris, France.
The Grey's Anatomy star finished off her look with a pair of Christian Louboutin slingbacks and her main man, music producer fiance Chris Ivery.

Love the dress and ellen looks absolutely beautiful. I just wish it was a picture of her and partric dempsey, but well she seem to be in love with this chris of a guy, so what can i say? i will just keep wishing.

I love ellen pompeo and i am always happy to see any news on her. I have to say she looks beautiful and i also love the dress. Now is there any chance we can get a picture of her and partric dempsey any time soon? i miss those two together.

I agree, wish it was a pic of her and Patrick. When Ellen and Patrick are together you see their great chemistry right off and that special sparkle in their eyes which tells you they are perfect together!(We all know they are comitted to others)
With their summer hiatus ending this week and they go back to work on Monday of next week...maybe we will start seeing some pics of Patrick and Ellen together!

Beautiful and elegant, she is also wearing her engagement ring, but i dont think she is has tied the knot yet.
