someone above mentioned lexi going after alex and i think that's a great solution!!!! alex and the whole jane doe/ava story was BORING in my book. alex needs some excitement in his life. maybe lexi can shake things up a bit for him. this is what i am going to focus on--the threat of her messing w/dermer just brings too much unwanted anxiety to my life. lol

I don't see why Shonda would be dumb as to put derek together with Mer's too-young-of a half sister.
Shonda should focus on putting Grey's back on the map instead of making a made for lifetime television movie.

The reason everybody hates Lexi is because of her potential involvement with Derek. But it raises moral issues, I think more upsetting than adultery (Izzie & George), because it´s a bout two sisters and one guy. I mean, not that they consider themselves family, but nontheless. I think they´ll keep making Mer misserable with the family issues and us too, with teir breakup and the McBarSlut thing. But I don´t get the fact that Lexie is flirting with a stranger (a hot one, but still!) in a bar, laughing, the same day of her mother´s funeral! I mean, why isn´t she sad? or deppressed? I find that very odd and upsetting.

Very well said Claudia, its all about moral issues, today majority of the viewers are also teenagers and young adults. I dont think its right for them to get certain kind of ideas like flirting with your sisters boyfriend just to teach her a lesson. Believe me i know how these kids think, they know its not right but they will do it anyway to get back at someone and the outcome is always not pleasant.
Shonda, should just have brought lexie as an intern, she doesnt necessarily have to make her flirt with derek, it has been done anyway, which is just too bad 'something about first impression'.
I also want to point out something very important, meredith was not the one that approached derek first, he was looking at her from the back and approached her. Whereas the Mcbarwhore followed derek and asked him for a drink, which again brings us back to morals. She was suppose to be grieving for goodness sake, even meredith wouldnt have done that to ellis grey... its just a thought.

i hate lexie. i hate that lexie thought derek was cute. i hate that derek pointed out to meredith that she should be worried that flirting with a girl in a bar was the highlight of his week. i hate that meredith didn't say i love you to derek or yes i want to be with you derek in the locker room and i hate that meredith just walked off at the wedding and did run in to derek's arms and kiss. are you getting that i totally hated how the show ended? good. because shonda better have a few tricks up her sleeves to make me fall back in love with this show because it's just depressing not being in love with the show anymore. i'm back to the dvds of season one and two. I NEED MEREDITH AND DEREK BACK TOGETHER AND HAPPY DAMNIT! :( depressing shit .. makes me want to cry. i noticed that i fell in love with derek in the very first episode ever. just because he was derek. and then i wanted to strangle him in the first episode of season two for being married. then in the third season i wanted to just kiss him because he finally told meredith that he loved her. she better not make me wanna strangle him again. i can't take that.

My issues with Lexie is here her mother had passed away and her father was very clearly upset. We were given the impression that they were a very close knit family. So why was'nt Lexie with her family instead of trying to pick someone up in a bar. Her biggest mistake was the fact that it was Derek. The minute she smiles at him it was all over for her to even be the least bit liked. I have always had respect for Shonda but the end of season 3 has made me question what's she's up to. I'm hoping she is listening to the fans and takes Lexie in a whole different direction than MerDer.

I don't understand why everyone dislikes her. She mady have flirted with derek but to be honest with you, I think shonda will en up make her like bi or even gay.
Either way, it's just a show but shonda should have stuck to her word when she said that derke and mer would be together for awhile.
Stop making this show such shit and stick to what made grey's so awesome in the first place. Oh and one more thing.....NO MORE NEW CHARACTERS!!!! AND NO MORE LONG LOST HALF-SISTER, FATHER WHO WAS NEVER OR FORGOTTEN LOVER CRAP EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe Lexie will catch something from one of the patient's and die and Thatcher will be so heart broken he will jump off a bridge. Molly and Laura can go live on an oversea's Army base somewhere. Meredith can then get on with her life. Her and Derek can be happy plus she will have her friend's. That's all the family she needs.

Grey's Anatomy is absolutely awesome but now it is completely falling apart! Isaiah Washing was fired for a freakin dumb reason and Kate Walsh is leaving. Lexie Grey can't take Derek from Meredith... that would be a disaster and I would cry. Meredith and Derek belong together everyone knows that. George and Izzie are awesome together but George is married to Callie. The thing I am most worried about it seeing Derek and Lexie together... but after the eppisode where Burke ended the relationship with Christina... I have a feeling that George will have an affair with Lexie Grey. I'm so ready for season 4! and season 3 needs to hurry up and come out on DVD!

Hey. I don't know who you are but your opinion is absolutely awesome! I feel the same exact way. Lexie needs to vanish into thin air... get killed or something and just leave. She's horrible. Everyone clearly wants to see Derek and Meredith together forever... MARRIED! They are so perfect. I get so wrapped up in the show that I feel what the charatcers are feeling. I cry when Meredith cries or when Derek just doesn't kiss Meredith when all she needs is to be hugged and kissed. Grey's Anatomy is the perfect romance story... when it's romantic, not when Derek and Meredith are fighting or not together. I wish I could just kiss Derek all day long but when he hurts Meredith I just want to cry with Meredith and give her a long, big hug and tell her it will be ok... then go yell at Derek, and he would be pretty hard for me to yell at with his dreamy eyes and pouty lips and all together GREAT looks. Anyways, I love your opinion and I wish Shonda would listen to what we have to say because people are slowly but surely growing apart from the show. I will probably never quit watching with the hope of Derek and Meredith getting married but a lot of my friends have quit watching because of JUST Meredith and Derek.
