Looks like Patrick Dempsey isn't the only Grey's Anatomy star spending part of his summer filming a project for the big screen.
Our staff came across a few photos of Katherine Heigl on the set of her new movie, 27 Dresses, that we thought we'd pass along.
As you may be able to tell from the pictures, Katherine Heigl plays a perennial bridesmaid who wonders if she'll ever be a bride...
Of course, in real life, Katie is happily engaged to musician Josh Kelley. Her current film, Knocked Up, has received critical and commercial praise.

If I did'nt feel like she stabbed Isaiah in the back for her own purpose I would'nt have such a problem seeing her face anymore. Which is sad because she is a great actress. I also think she has an agenda that's not best for the show we love. She is beautiful and talented but I also think it's going to her head.

I say leave her be. It's interesting because prior to the "Faggotgate scandal" I quite liked Izzie/KH - not as much as Cristina/Burke but in a "here's one of Mer's fun, outspoken friends" ..also her (non) relationship with Denny and Alex (preferred the chemistry with Alex) made her endearing and the drama around Dennys death ultimately turned her into this quasi-heroine people identified with and loved. So suddenly she's popular and adored. The magical powers of great storytelling right?
But back to the point. I maintain (to the wrath of one poster who resorted to abuse) that KH is an average actor. She is okay, delivers on time, gets the job done. No more. Throw her looks into the picture and I'd say she has more going for her than other not as pretty stars..but good looks and mediocre acting can only take you so far..and then what? Again being a little controversial never hurt anyones career if you play your cards right and jumping into the fray of powerful issues like gay/lesbian rights can only boost your creds. Stars who are gay friendly (Kylie, Madonna for exmaple) tend to have a massive following. So it was a good move to make. Now for all I know KH may have genuinely wanted to speak out for her best buddy TRK..maybe she really is as outspoken as "tell it like it is" Izzie..only God knows and KH herself.
I do not dislike her but I AM tired of her overexposure. I'd like to see more of people like SO, Sara Ramirez, Justin Chambers. Sadly theres not a huge amount of stuff out there about them. Hmm ..I wonder why..Could it be because..
1. They are not spouting divisive comments about their co-stars to the nearest journo with a mic (and we all know how the press LOVE catfights on shows)
2. They do not have movies to promote or if they do chose to go about it in a less ambitious fashion?
So I'll say it once again. IW is out of GA, theres lots of buzz about her movies, she's seemingly the hottest thing out if GA right now. ANd then what?...Chapter2 begins.

Give the girl a break she has'nt passed Patrick in the spotlight on this site yet. She's doing more projects this year so your going to see her more. It seems to me the fans are having more disagreement's than the people involved in the show. I have also had my share of complaint's. There have been some great thing's and some disapointment's this last season but as long as my favorite show does'nt fall apart and get concelled because of it I can live with it.

Her, Kate Walsh and now Eric Dane. They are everywhere. Anyway I'm not her fan but she's a pretty girl.

I am so sick of this woman. I have never loved the Izzie character but I liked her fine as an actress before the IW incident. Now, I am not sure if I want to watch Grey's next season since I will have to be subjected to Gizzie ad-nauseum.

There is an article at msn.com about Katherine's behavior on the set of her newest movie. People talk about Isaiah and his attitude. People may not deem this as bad but it still paint's a fair picture. I have also noticed that the one's who say it is'nt true are rep.'s close to the show or whatever. That's when it actually seem's to be true. You be your own judge.
