Is anybody paying attention? It looks like everyone against Isaiah has their agenda earplugs in.
1: This story came out when it shouldn't have been news. Who cares if a private conversation, or working arguement offended somebody else? Take it to your boss, not the press!
2: Isaiah's recorded use of faggot (isn't that a bundle of twigs?) was clearly a reply if you listen to the intonation. Plus, if you can't use the word you're talking about in its own discussion it's kind of childish.
3: Later the studio put a gag order on it's employees leaving the press and factions to fester. At the same time the cast puts together what really happened, like T.R. never actually hearing the conversation.
4: Isaiah isn't under contract any more and is the only one free to tell any story.
5: He isn't slamming Dempsey, he's saying everyone fell for T.R.'s act. Like nobody gay can be a conniving prick? Happens everywhere. Sorry.
I've worked with and around SAG actors and made friends with industry people well enough to know how that little world works. Never break a contract, gag orders are real! When the word goes out that YOU can't be controlled by the fine print YOU signed then YOU can't get a good job. They use that contract to control everything from when you work to who you associate with. If you're in a contract and they tell you not to be seen with somebody they've fired, ALL the studios find out if you disobeyed. They don't care if you've been poker buddies or are even married. Everyone knows that "Sorry. Can't work with you." is a death sentence. And some people are so cowed they'll avoid you so their studio won't think you side with them. At least now there are independent film studios with big studio quality. But as far as Hollywood work goes, forget it for at least a year. Work is out of town.

It seems that as most of us I assume are Americans? In America a man isn't suppose to be guilty until proven so, that's how politics work. Hollywood is political, Each party gets to prove their sides. Everyone including fans started throwing knives at IW before they heard both sides. If you remember PD admitted himself he did not have a good reputation at one point either for his quick temper in Hollywood as well, and got banned for years. Now I love PD so much, but I also see IW point...why shouldn't he want to tell his side of the story? It looks like people still want to deny the truth. He already admitted he was wrong but to tell his side of the what happened that day is the way any of us would want to do. Theres nothing worse than being called a liar when you know you are telling the truth. None of us were there, I don't know how you can be so cruel. From the beginning if you actually read any of it before you started saying he's a liar, it was reported that TR came in after the fact. Men argue Men fight they use their fist and cuss each other out to get a point across. I wonder if you would have been so cruel to PD if the shoe was on the other foot. If any of you have siblings I am sure you have been through this and would go to your mother and father to prove that you weren't the one to play ball in the house and broke your grandmothers vase and would beat the hell out of your brother if he didn't tell the truth about it!

Preston Burke was the most interesting character on Grey's (and the sexiest!). And George is not only the least interesting on the show but is terribly miscast--there is no chemistry between him and his various love interests. the show will suffer the loss of Dr. Burke, regardless of what anyone thinks about Isaiah Washington personally.
It looks to me like T.R. Knight has exacerbated the situation when he wasn't the subject of the insult. Now the show is broken.

He says, so he says, "Well, whatever. Whatever." He blows me off, which was fine. And I said OK. This coverage is on us and time is ticking away. And we're waiting on Ellen for off-camera. And I said, "Well, why are we waiting on Ellen? I don't need to wait on Ellen. We just have one line that he'll say to you and then you can go on your way."
Then he says, "Well, I need Ellen."

Now that was the moment that sent it into a different zone. And as we talked later after the argument, he thought I said that he could not act.

LIE EXPOSED:
KING: Do you think, Isaiah, there's anything racist in this? If you were a white member of the cast, do you think it would have been different?
WASHINGTON: I don't know. But I think it is unfortunate that this smacks of that. I would like to feel in my heart that it's not that.
(in 6/28/07 interview): "If a black man can't get forgiveness in this country, when so many other people like Robert Downey Jr. and the governor of California get second and third chances … I think that says a lot about race and this country where we stand. But someone heard the booming voice of a black man and got really scared and that was the beginning of the end for me. Well, it didn't help me on the set that I was a black man who wasn't a mush-mouth Negro walking around with his head in his hands all the time. I didn't speak like I'd just left the plantation and that can be a problem for people sometime," he says. "I had a person in human resources tell me after this thing played out that 'some people' were afraid of me around the studio. I asked her why, because I'm a 6-foot-1, black man with dark skin and who doesn't go around saying ‘Yessah, massa sir' and ‘No sir, massa' to everyone? It's nuts when your presence alone can just scare people, and that made me a prime candidate to take the heat in a dysfunctional family."
In his explanation he was saying that he would not be treated like a b, p or f, meaning the way that PD was treating TR, according to what TR had been telling IW. That wasn't calling TR a f. I more incline to believe IW simply because there has never been any indication that they didn't get along, and that there was any animosity between the two. I've always seen pictures of them smiling together.
Also, he didn't lie about saying PD couldn't act. I'm not sure if you intentional missed this so you could call him a liar, but this is what was said. IW: "he thought I said that he couldn't act, and he was rightfully so." He didn't lie, he admitted that, and that's when Larry questioned him further about it.
See this just proves that people hear what they want to hear.
I think Larry King believes him, too. I like when IW mention that the National Enqurier first reported it, then the New York Times reported it , and Larry jumped in to say that their [New YorK Times] not always right. Larry saying that spoke volume.

IW very literally said he was referring to TRK by saying "I'm not your FWord, I'm not TR." But I notice you failed to address the fact that he claimed several times to never have referred to TRK as such. Again, he lied and you are trying to help him cover it up.

IW might have as well gone on Jay Leno and said TRK is gay.
5. T.R. knight comes out on people to squash farther rumors. and it seem to work until....
6. IW goes on the award show and did what he did, and an interview on access hollywood lies about ever using the word, Go see it on you tube.
