Katherine Heigl keeps her party dress under wraps while continuing to film the much-anticipated wedding scene for Grey's Anatomy in Hollywood.
It ended sweetly â" with a cake to celebrate the end of Season 3 filming (as seen in this People magazine photo). It's been an up-and-down year, and the conclusion has yet to be seen by viewers, but let us be the first to congratulate the cast on another fine campaign.
Katherine and the rest of the gang return live in the two-hour Grey's Anatomy event, "The Other Side of This Life," tonight at 9 p.m. EDT.

Well, maybe I'm in the majority, but I thought the 'spin-off' was crap. It was boring and there was a lot of weird comments between the characters. The psychologist played by Amy B.--she's angry because her boyfriend broke up with her and he married someone else--but there was not enough backstory, we didn't see them together to make her anger believable. A psychologist who's that angry and messed up in real life wouldn't be allowed to work unless she got her act together.
Shonda writes Grey's pretty well, but in this show, there were too many things that were 'out there' or not believable. A doctor who dates people from the Internet? If in real life, likely other doctors working with him would tell him to get his act together too, or find another place to work. Stuff like that is dangerous and distracts from his ability to do his job. The show was silly in places too (how many of you believe that a woman would allow a guy she barely knows to give her a deep, long French kiss?) Shonda/or her staff wrote this show to titillate, but to me if fell flat. If this show gets picked up by ABC, I won't watch. Grey's Anatomy is written much better than this spin off, and IMO, Shonda should concentrate on Grey's.

Sorry, duh--I meant, maybe I'm in the MINORITY. Also, one other comment--how are we to believe that Addison (who is not anywhere near menopause) is barren? Why wasn't the idea of using another woman's egg's explored? It shouldn't be difficult to find a women with red hair who looks like Addison. Or, why couldn't she just adopt? I realize that Addison was upset by the news, but raising a child is what she wants, why isn't adoption good enough? In all, I think the script/show was unrealistic and the show needs a lot of work to be believeable. Grey's is a thosand times better. I hope the 'new show' is not picked up. I wouldn't be against Tim Daly or Taye Diggs doing guest spots on Grey's but that's about it.

The heck with a new spinoff. Like we need another medical show. Though I have to admit I do like all of the actors in it.
I think they should concentrate on getting Denny Duqette's (sp) long lost evil twin back on the show for Izzy. I loved that guy. They shouldn't have let him die. He was just so... McYummy. Loved those dimples and that smile.

I'm sad season 3 is over but, i'm ready for season 4! I hated the spin off too. I was trying to be open about it in the beginning but, i actually had to TRY to watch it. It felt like a chore whereas grey's, it look foward to watching it every week. I love Addison and I hope she returns to SGH but other than that, I didn't like her in L.A.
I'm with you kathy! I want them to bring back the Denny Douquette story. I love him sooo much and he is way better suited for her than george.

The new show was blah, here I thought I was getting 2 whole hours of Grey's and it was really only about 20 minutes! Oh, the let down, I was so bummed!! I STILL CAN NOT STAND George and Izzy!!! I had to close my eyes when they kissed in the elevator. I just think it is gross and totally unbelievable. Izzy and Alex ya that's a go!

I can't believe I gave up 2 hours for G.A. It was the worses thing ABC could have done with G.A., trying to introduce a new show. Why did Meredith's step Mom have to die? Just when she thought she had it all under control. You should make her a stronger person on Season 4, enough of her going after Macdreamy. She should play hard to get for a while with Macdreamy. Make her a strong person, not a person always feeling sorry for herself. I love G.A., I got hoke on it on Season 3, I have rented Season 1 and 2, (waitng on Season 3 to come out in video) made my husband crazy for 3 days because all I wanted to do is watch G.A.

I just can't believe the season finale is almost here. Where did the season go so fast. September seems so long away. 4 months is it to early to start the count down for the DVD release and the new season. Which may I add better have a lot more happy MerDer moments.
