Thanks, Kathy. It is so great to see these pictures of everyone dressed up. I hope it is a really fun episode and not fraught with angst and sadness. My common sense tells me that these two are going to be married at the end of this season.

I agree Burke Backer...anything other than a marriage between Burke and Cristina would be so unrealistic, and would ruin Greys for me.

It's not that everybody believes the NE, but it's clear that one of them will storm out! IW because of the contract is more possible. The title is bad and there are too many signs that this couple is at the end.
But the wedding should be good.

Bang so aren't getting married and i think IW may be leaving, but im not sure, and no i didn't get that from the NE i got it from other more reliable sources like ausiello, all it says is they get to the alter, not that they get married. Im sure if they do that'd be reported so i dont think Bang will be getting married!!
EP and PD look so cute and he's being so sweet to her, i love them adn their friendship. It seems like they're good friends!

I hope they get married they're the best couple on the show. I won't believe Isiaha is leaving unitl it actually happens. Patick and Ellen are so cute and Patick and Isiaha look hot in their tuxes.

Jusat to clarify, I have my doubts (I think it won't happen) about the wedding, but the only source is NE. Ausiello said that some of what NE said is true and some not, Kristin talked about a supersecret scene. The words "make it to the church" is a way to say that there will be the ceremony, they don't know the outcome. Nothing more, but I am worried they will have issues. Or iW leaves, especially for the title. it seems so Bang

Maybe nobody said it clearly, but it's a matter of fact that these two will break up and not get married,
the cast is really beautiful.The wedding is only a way to dress them up, but there is no chance Burktina ties the knot. I love them and IW is my favorite actor, but I am hopeless that he will stay. :(

burkrina won´t get married. I hope McDreamy will pop the question to Meredith she´ll say yes & they´s get married instead. I hope because mer/der are perfect for each other & SO MENT TO BE.

It's nota a soap. Meredith and Derek won't get married this finale. We could get a failed wedding-aka Burktina. (and however breaking up such a great couple is a damage tothe show)

What about Christina storming out of the church at the end of the season and then in next season they're still together and finally marry the way Christina wants (small, without such a dress (and moskito net ;-)),...)?
That would be the big cliffhanger - this time for the Burke/Christina fans , but they'll become satisfied next season.

I love all the wedding pics from the different websites. Sounds as if they are still filming this week.
I hope Cristina and Burke do get married, but not sure. Maybe there are alot of things being said to throw everybody off by doubting that there will be a wedding. It keeps everybody wondering if it will happen or not. Naturally, if they don't get married that would be huge and alittle unexpected. but if Mer/Der got married instead...that would definately be unexpected too! Whatever happens you know will be big! With Mer/Der being my favorite couple, I just hope they are togehter and happy and working on all of their issues by season end! If Der were to propose or they get married, that would be WONDERFUL! Never hurts to wish!

Ritchie, why is it clear that one of them will storm out? It would be so completely out of character for either of them. Burke has never backed away from Cristina and Cristina said she is sticking and in it for the long haul. What signs are you seeing that this couple is at the end? He proposed and she said, "Yeah", and they are engaged. How is that a sign of an impending end? It seems to me Derek and Meredith are in a much more precarious position, although I don't believe for a minute Shonda will ever completely break this two up, they might have a cooling off period over the summer hiatus. Callie and George are clearly on the cusp of breaking up as the writers try to convince us that George and Izzie are meant for each other. I don't buy it at all. Maybe it is George and Izzie that will break up. I do admit the title doesn't sound good, but if you listen to the words to that song and not just the title it is pretty hopeful. I am hoping that the title is there to build suspense, but at this point the biggest twist would be if they got married.

Ausiello's report came from the National Inquirer. There was nothing original in it and as a gay man, he is not a fan of Isaiah so some of his predictions may be more wishful thinking on his part than truth. There is no possible way on the earth that Shonda is going to let Meredith and Derek marry this soon. They haven't even been together for an entire season yet. Derek is so wishy washy about the relationship and Meredith still has way too many issues. One week she is the love of his life and the next week he decides not to sign the divorce papers. One week she is everything to him and the next he's not sure if she is worth the trouble. She just almost succeeded in commiting suicide. It doesn't sound to me like the best place to begin a marriage. So, I'm sorry Debs, but I really don't think that they are getting married in this season or even close to making that commitment to each other. Maybe in a future season though. I hope so for your sake and the sake of all of their fans. No doubt they are very cute together. Shonda said in this weeks podcast that Cristina wants the wedding perhaps even more that she realizes, so, no, I don't think she will be storming out. I sure don't see how it is "a matter of fact" that these two will not get married. No one with any credibility at all has ever said that. There are hints just as there were hints about Meredith dying. It is a pattern with this show. They give us reason to suspect that our worst fear will happen even when common sense says it won't and they get us nervous and invested so that we watch. I don't know if Isaiah is leaving. I can't imagine if they were breaking his contract that it would not have already happened or at least that word of it would not have leaked out. According to Ausiello he was listed as one who had resigned although no one knows if he has a bump in salary like his castmates or not. His publicist said they would keep that private. One thing I do know. If the producers of this show are so petty as to fire someone over a mistake I will never watch it again anyway. But, I will follow Isaiah's career and I will root for this amazing actor and really decent human being to do well. So I may be back on the GA website after the final episode of Season 3 and I may not, but I hope to be enjoying the show with all of you in Season 4.

Isaiah's publisit confirmed today that Isaiah will be back for Season 4. Here is the article from the Assoicate Press as was posted on BangsAnatomy.com tonight.
"From Associated Press:
Isaiah Washington, who came under fire after using an anti-gay slur, will appear in a public service announcement on behalf of the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation and the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network. "We're gonna have â€" I want to say at least two versions of it at this point. We may broaden our message a little," the actor's publicist, Howard Bragman, told The Associated Press in a phone interview Wednesday.
Washington ran into trouble at the Golden Globe Awards in January after he used an anti-gay slur during a backstage press conference while denying he'd used it previously against Grey's Anatomy castmate T.R. Knight. People magazine reported last October that Washington had allegedly used the slur during an on-set dustup with co-star Patrick Dempsey.
Knight said soon after the incident that he was gay.
After being criticized by GLAAD, a gay and lesbian advocacy group, and the ABC network, Washington issued an apology and sought counseling. Bragman said ABC, which is owned by The Walt Disney Co., was planning to shoot the ad in the next few weeks.
A call to ABC seeking comment wasn't immediately returned.
[Here is the good part!] Bragman said Washington, 43, plans to return to Grey's Anatomy next year.
"We've heard nothing to the contrary, and we have no plans to the contrary," Bragman said. [Even the top secret scene was filmed by this point in time.]

That is sure good news for me and for other fans of Burketina. This makes me more look forward to the wedding rather than being afraid to watch it.

Um ausiello said some of those predictions were correct and some were BS, not thta they were all true!!
At the end of the season i think merder will be in a better place than bang, i think thats why bang are all happy now, cause i think they have agast coming thy're way but thats just me! I think it'll switch by the end of the season merder will be happy, not married but happy and bang will have issues coming out of they're ears!
Oh and what i mean about the episode description it said burke is having concerns about cristina i think or something to do with the wedding!

Hi Debs, I think they will have a heart to heart and I do think they will end the season in a better place. Do you remember the end of season 2? Derek and Meredith made love at the prom and we knew going into the summer that they would be together in the fall, that they couldn't deny their love for each other. We also saw Cristina go into Burke's hospital room and take his hand which gave the Burketina fans hope to get them through the summer, too. I don't think she leaves us in awful places at the end of a season because she doesn't want us to give up hope over the summer hiatus. So, I think both main couples will be in a pretty good place by the end of the season finale. I could be wrong, of course, but that is what I am predicting. Izzie and George and Callie, not so sure.

Isaiah does smoke cigars (the one yucky thing about him) and most of the others smoke cigarettes. I have seen quite a few pictures of Isaiah with a cigar, usually when he is happy. So, I hope it is an indicator that he (the actor) is happy going into the shooting of the wedding scenes. According to his publicist (see email above) he will be back for season four. So I am thinking no matter what happens at the wedding, Bang will continue on and I am still thinking that the biggest twist would be if they actually got married since so many are hoping or predicting that they won't. Those of us who love this couple are really hopeful that they will because first, they belong together, second, the actors have amazing chemistry together, and third, it would be fun to see them trying to handle married life. I want to see them deal with those issues for a while. In terms of who will be chief, I think Burke would make the better chief and it would free up Derek to take care of Meredith until she is in a healthier place. So, for the sake of both couples I hope Richard stays on and if not that Burke is named Chief. But, all of the signs have been pointing to Derek being named Chief. They have made it so obvious that he won't be that I am pretty sure he will be, if that makes any sense.

Can anybody tell me what is the title of the last episode. I'm from Portugal and here on TV we are seeing the 2nd season, i watch this site to keep on track all that is happening on 3rd season. I love GA!! And who is the one that gives a slap on Mer?

yeah i remember that i´m Dublin Ireland & we`re only half way thew season 2. if you remember in the episode time after time. Dr Bailey said to McDreamy that being chief won´t matter to him if he´s alone. So with that in mind i think Burke will make a great chief.

To tell you the truth, i have no idea which way the wedding will go. If Burktina gets married, where will the drama go for them? If they want to add drama, we will be watching another marriage falling apart, which we've already been there, done that, actually doing it again right now with O'Callie. Do they want to go down that road again? If they don't get married, what happens with Cristina? I can see Burke moving on to someone else, but Cristina has a type, and there is no one else on the show that fits it. Actually, I don't think anyone else on the show would put up with her, lol. I love Burktina, but I'll be fine with whichever way the show goes. As long as it's fun. All the serious drama is interesting, but it's not why I started watching. The cleverness of the writing was, and is, the best part of the show.

The thing about being chief is what I don't get. For some reason I think Richard won't retire. I mean honestly what is his character going to do and I know he is'nt leaving the show. As for derek and Preston come on I want MerDer and Burktina to stay together and what would that do for them? I can not see them letting either one of them being chief while living with or married to an intern. How well would that go over with anybody. With Addison gone and the thought of Mark being chief does want me to throw up(sorry McSteamy fans). Could you really see Mark being Derek and Preston's boss I don't think so. We will just have to wait and see what surprises are instore because you know it's going to drive us crazy no matter what happens.
