How Patrick Dempsey Stays in Shape
He's even McDreamy on wheels! Grey's Anatomy top doc Patrick Dempsey cycles his way to fitness on a recent break from filming. Luckily for us, Us Weekly was there to catch him in the act and provide us with this pic.
When he's not pursuing his other passion - auto racing - Patrick is always up for a bike ride. Especially if it involves his daughter, Talula.

It is nice to see some photos and articles about the cast this week since we have been on reruns for a couple of weeks and still have another couple of weeks to go. We all wonder where they are and what are they doing! Wonder if they have taped their season finale yet and have completely finished filming this season? Can't wait till the new episodes start back! Is the (2 hour) spinoff the season finale or will there be an episode after that? Does anyone know?
Anyway thanks for the nice photo of Patrick, I'll take any info of him any time I can get it!

McHunky.....he even looks good in those (usually) dorky bike outfits!
You know, you really have to be in shape to race -- and a lot of the racing he does is endurance type stuff - Baja 1000 and things like that.

He does have a little pot belly. If you Mer/Der fans remember in the first season, (before Addie showed up) When he and Mer were getting ready to go to bed his shirt was open and he was bare chested (um Loved that scene) You could see then he has a slight belly. But that's okay with me. I still love him to pieces. They were pulling the sheets back and he said to Mer we can go to sleep if you want to? and they both fell on their sides of the bed, AND Mer said thank God. This was doing the times when they were making love every nite. (They both were exausted.)
