Grey's Spoiler Watch: Izzie & George?
Rumors are flying that Izzie and George will be hooking up on this week's all-new episode (a rumor no doubt perpetuated by the previews for this week's episode, which we'll bring you tomorrow).
We went to TV Guide's Michael Ausiello for confirmation, and the insider's latest online spoilers are cryptic. No giveaways.
However, he does go so far as to say that after tomorrow's Grey's Anatomy airs, you'll know which one of the following six rumored plot twists (and wow, these are some interesting ones) is real:
- After breaking things off with Cristina, Burke will transfer to another hospital.
- Callie will reveal she's pregnant.
- Izzie and George will hook up.
- Izzie will be reunited with her daughter, and it's someone we've already seen on the show.
- Addison will be diagnosed with a life-threatening illness.
- Derek and Meredith's relationship will hit a roadblock when one of her exes (Finn?) shows up on her doorstep with one thing on his mind.
As for the low-key demise of Addisex, Ausiello hears from his sources that as soon as it was decided that Justin Chambers wouldn't be following Kate Walsh to her possible spin-off series, the producers pulled the plug on any possible romance between the two.
The thinking being: no sense in getting viewers more invested in Addisex if only one of them is definitely returning to Grey's Anatomy next season.

Someone said they saw a promo where it appears that Meredith is hugging Finn?
So I'm guessing that the ex thing may be the one that is correct.
Though I'm hoping it's completely wrong. Finn is sooooo last season, LOL.

Infact Izzie and George hooking up will be a real spoiler. Its too awkward, they are best as friends. I hope Callie is really pregant and that's the secret not the hooking up of George and Izzie

It's definitely the Callie thing. I think that would make the most sense. Derek just saved Meredith basically, and bringing Finn back would just be ridiculous.
However Addison being really sick could happen as well, as she was asking Alex if anyone would notice if she was gone (foreshadowing??).
The rest of the "options" are far-fetched and not really THAT exciting to the story. It would just make me shake my head to be honest.

I think that the previews make it seem too much like it will be George and Izzie hooking up so I have a feeling it's going to be Callie revealing that she's pregnant. Finn coming back now after everything that has happened with Meredith almost dying and Derek being at her side is just ridiculous. Also, I feel as if Cristina and Burke need to have some happy times for once! And I know for a fact that it's not Addison revealing a lifethreatening illness because the pilot for her new show is going to create a story line that allows for her to leave SGH but if the pilot doesn't take off, she's set to return.
I kind of am hoping that it's Izzie and George hooking up. I think it would make for an interesting story line. Although, if they do hook up, I hope it's just a one time thing. I'm sick of Callie and I don't really like her and George together. But I don't see Izzie and George having any kind of longterm relationship either.
I hope there's some serious Meredith Derek action. In the first and second season, they are the reason that I watched the show! I hope that they'll be something about them in this episode!

I saw a preview on ET last night and it appears that Alex moves into Georges old room because Izzy says " Alex is moving in" to Meredith while she is bed and Izzy is in her bath towel. The previews are always misleading so I don't think it will be Izzy and George maybe Meredith and Alex or Cristina And Alex. There has always been tension between Alex, Cristina and Burke and this would be a good way to play that up. Remember Burke is always yelling at Alex especially in season 2 and Cristina has said the only way she would hook up with Alex is " in your dreams evil spawn". So it could happen because as we've seen everything comes back around on GA.

It would be so disgusting if Cristina and Alex sleeps together, and so soapy having all the interns sleeping with each other. I can see George and Izzie or Alex and Izzie, but sleeping with Alex would be unrealistic. Burke and Cristina are the only stable relationship on the show. Not only that, I think the Cristina's character would be ruined. First, of all Cristina is not Mer, she doesn't drunk, get drunk and sleep with men, and Alex has already slept with Olivia and Izzie, it would just be too disgusting.
I think Callie will be pregnant, and she won't know if it's George or Sloan.

tension between alex and cristina?!? where was i while that was going on? LOL alex has had tension with just about everyone but cristina! seriously tho, i don't think the two of them will ever hook up, regardless of what happens w/her and burke. they don't seem to fit well at all imo.

Okay the original spoiler was to have one of the girl interns ex's come back, but this last weeks previews shows it is clearly cristinas with her ex professor. I doubt that they will break up Burktina especially after all that they have went through thus far... and Izzies daughter is supposed to come next year in some arc according to other spoilers... so that would leave Callie pregnant.

Ok if george and izzie hook up i will scream.. That is too awkward. If they hook up it will be annoying. not everyone has to hook up to make the show what it is.. I mean Callie being pregnant and not know if the father is George or McSteamy would be great to me... I dont really like the whole Finn returning thing so i disagree with that.. I hope its either Callies pregnant or Izzie being reunited with her daughter... I think her daughter is the girl from the ferry boat. Remember the blonde girl that would barely speak and saw merideth fall into the water?? Please God no Izzie and George and no Cristina and Alex..

I think it is going to be Izzie's daugher, I thought the whole time that the little girl following Mer around during the ferry disaster looked just like Izzie and the cameras kept zooming in on both of their eyes.

What I WANT to happen: Callie Pregnant or Izzie/George
What I THINK will happen: Izzie/George
What will NOT happen: Finn. He is so last season (^^like Heather said) and MerDer are clearly in love! Can't you tell that by now people!

So I was dreading Izzie and Geroge hookup too, I hope it doesn't happen. I can see the Callie thing happening. Maybe she doesn't know if it is George or Slone's so George is mad at her like Izzie and he finds confort in her but they don't hook up. It just shows in the previews that they are drunk together, please let them not do anything stupid.
The Addison thing why would they give her a life threatening disease when she is going to start a new show.
I want to see Izzies daughter come back.

The little girl at the ferry boat crash was claimed by her mother at the end of the episode.
Callie is my number one bet. And that it will cause tension between her in george cause she doesn't know who's it is.

i think the little blond girl that was with mer before the drowning will come out as lizzie's child.
in a past season lizzie was telling a patient about the daughter she gave up for adoption so that she can continue going to school. both girls have the same name and characteristics.

Isn't the little blond girl a little young to be Izzie's kid? I may be wrong, but isn't Izzie's daughter eleven, while the little girl looked to be seven or eight, she didn't look old enough to be eleven.
