Did Izzie just waste $8,000,000?
McCritic: In terms of patient care, definitely. A safe sex brochure costs about 40 cents. But Dr. Stevens managed to beat out Mike Tyson and MC Hammer for quickest use of $8 million. She averaged a cool million/day in order to construct that free clinic. That mark should stand for longer than Denny lived.
JuJuSage:

Saving one motherless girl from teenage pregnancy and STDs: Priceless.
iheartizzie: It's too early to tell. Having established the organization a whole eight days ago, there hasn't been time to wage a serious marketing effort. Have no fear. The clinic will one day be a resounding hit with the STD-ridden, possibly pregnant populace. The only problem may be if the budget doesn't allot for a bouncer. Once word gets around that hotties like Drs. Karev and Stevens are on staff, the line will be out the door!
Healthier course of action: Taking a cold shower or sleeping with Mark Sloan?
JuJuSage: COLD SHOWER! You'd think that with Addison's track record with men, she'd be able to play the game by now. Come on Addison, you're not THAT old! You remember how 20-something boys behave - play the game and win Karev. Don't take the consolation prize. You already made that mistake once.
McCritic: A cold shower. And to think, all Addison had to do to learn such a lesson was walk a few feet over to the Denny Duquette free clinic. Miranda would have given her the same speech about va jay-jay use that the 14-year old girl received.
iheartizzie: Mark Sloan. It's not like she married the guy, or didn't abort his baby. The Mark Sloans of the world are paradoxical: abhorrent, yet irresistable. Trusting one of them emotionally would be a grave mistake, but why deprive one's self of the pleasure derived from an occasional fling? Plus, cold water doesn't clean out your pores.
Is Meredith ordinary?
JuJuSage: Yes, Meredith is ordinary. She is smart, kind, and hard-working, all of which are great qualities, but none of which make her extraordinary. Who cares though? If being extraordinary means being like Ellis Grey, then being ordinary and having a great career, a loving boyfriend, friends, and Joe's down the street, seems like a pretty great ordinary life.
And at least every morning she gets to wake up next to extraordinary hair...
McCritic: Of course not. She has a show named after her. Then again, so does George Lopez. Ellis Grey might be on to something ...
iheartizzie: She sure is, and that's why we love her (well, at least two thirds of this panel does). Meredith's vulnerabilities, emotional shortcomings and bad decisions are part of what makes her human. Plus, there's a thing called balance. Maybe she's not cutthroat enough when it comes to her career, and she's certainly a handful for the men in her life. But at least she has men in her life. Give her a break, Ellis!
Will the O'Malley marriage last?
iheartizzie: Of course. For all their emotional shortcomings, these two are made for each other. The sparks flew from the moment George flew down the stairs and landed in arms (which wrenched his dislocated shoulder back into place). It will be a bumpy ride at times, but now that George stood up to his McJudgy friends, Callie can rest easy - unless that sex machine Bambi keeps her up all night, of course.
McCritic: Yes. Once you move past the Britney Spears/Jason Alexander Las Vegas marriage duration of 52 hours, you're set for life. George and Callie might as well order matching sets of rocking chairs right now.
JuJuSage: In Greek history, Iphigenia was sacrificed by her father, Agamemnon, before he went to battle in the Trojan War. Is Calliope Iphigenia Torres O'Malley sacrificing herself into marriage on behalf of the grief caused by George's father? Even more intriguing is the reason Agamemnon sacrifices Iphigenia in the first place: to win back Helen of Troy, the most coveted woman in the world.
We all know who George has most coveted at Seattle Grace - will this marriage somehow lead him to her? If it's any indication on the O'Malley marriage, when Agamemnon sacrificed Iphigenia, he wos Helenâ¦

This was a wonderful episodde, but also suspencful! Im so glad that George and CALLIE OMALLEY are doing well and Christinia and Burke are getting married, i can's see how they could take Isiaih off now. Im also glad that the Denny Duquette memorial free clinic has opened. and wow! that toxic blood was scary! Go Addison! that was VERY brave of her! At the end of the episode i think the only reason why she was with Sloan is because she was thinking of Alex. they would make a cute couple! I wish that Izzie and George could get together, they are too good of friends though, and george is married.

As long as Addison can use Mcmanwhore for what he is worth (sex) and not get emotionally invovled then she will be okay. I was hoping that she wouldn't sleep with him but as long as she was thinking about alex that okay.
I can't believe no one thought of the Callie O'mailey thing before...i laughed so hard. Now that they are married it will be interesting to see how they deal with a new marriage.....
Izzie was really mean with her comments...Go george for standing up for callie........
I loved the way burktina got engaged. I am not sure about how i feel about them getting married yet....but that scene was perfuct burke and christina
Poor Mer....i know what it is like to have a paretnt who no matter what you do it is never enough.....but lets admit it girls which one of us wouldn't want to be in her shoes right now.

I think what Addison has is check and balances...
Come on, Mark is a MANWHORE..and let us make no mistake about that. But he cares! He cares about Addison. He loves her in his manwhore way. I mean come on, he is really worried when Addison steps in and sedates the patient. He is there to catch her when she almost collapses..Where is Derek?
He loves Addsion, Addison knows it too. Otherwise why would she be saying she is not thinking about Mark at all in their passionate love making session. Because she is in denial. She has feelings for Mark and he has feelings for her. But she knows, Mark is Mark, and he cannot keep his pants on long enough. So she knows the occasional booty calls are ok for her. She knows that she needs more and she wants more just than a manwhore, so she knows that Mark is not good enough for her.......
but come on, Mark and Addison are still very close...

Izzie didn't waste her money, but it seems far fetched that this free clinic would be up and running so soon. I don't think anyone knows about it yet. It will take a little time before the people who need it learn about it. I was kind of tired of hearing her refer to the money though.
I actually would like Addision and Mark to get back together again ultimately. Clearly though she wasn't thinking about Mark in this scene. She had Alex on her mind. The scenes between them were really cute. I loved when Callie caught her looking at him like he was a peppermint stick. I hate to see her using Mark. That doesn't make her honorable and I want to like her. So I would say try the cold shower. Not near as much fun but sometimes doing the right thing isn't fun.
Meredith is anything but ordinary. She's smart, compassionate, and a great friend. She also wanted so much to share her happiness over Derek with her mother. That was such a sad scene. Ellen Pompeo isn't ordinary either. That was magnificent acting.
I think I agree with JuJuSage about the Callie O'Malley union. I think Callie sacrificed herself to help George over his grief. I don't know that the marriage is doomed, but they will definitely have some peaks and valleys to get past because they don't know each other well, haven't been together long enough, and George wasn't himself when he asked her to marry him so soon after suffering the greatest loss in his life, his father. I was hoping if they did get married to see the O'Malley family again. I enjoyed all of them.

OK I could handle most of this episode it was really great. Even George and Callie did'nt bother me that much. But I never wanted to smack two people in my entire life as much as I wanted to get at Derek and Ellis. Ellen did one of her best performances in this one. Ellis tries to make Meredith feel worthless and Derek has a bad habit of listening to other people and taking it out on her. This would have been the perfect time for Derek to speak up for Meredith and let her mother know how great she is and how much he loves her. Has anyone noticed also that these couples don't look each other in the eye and say I love you what's with that. That is one thing I would like my two favorite couples to do. Is it that hard. Also did Cristina and Meredith look all that concerned when Derek and Burke both went down. All I heard was that aint good. If that was my boyfriend I would be running to help if I was mad at him or not. Now that I've been on my high horse I can't wait for the next three episodes to see what happens.

i thought of that before right after the episode when George proposed to Callie.
I think what Addison is doing to Mark is just WRONG- at the end when she was making out with him. She's making him think that they've got a relationship going on and there not. She doesn't even like him. She likes Alex. So wtf is going on!
I felt so bad for Meredith. It was, though it sounds mean, her fault that she was overly depressed. She ignored her for most of the day and when she finally REALY talks to her, she's back in her old mind, that's breaking away...
The whole "Yes!" scene rocked. With Cristina and Preston... and OFCOARSE they have to add something medical and added the toxic blood -hehe- but that was one of the best parts.
And ofcoarse my favorite part... at the end when George stands up for Callie in front of his friends!!! he's so f*cking adorable--

I was just looking at a clip from the GG Awards where they were interviewing IW and he commented there would be (3) weddings, not just (2) he said...who do you think the 3rd one will be?
Meredith and Dereck maybe??????????Unless the chiefs wife comes back to him??????You know it will be someone that we least expect at this point, so my vote is Mer/Der! I would love that! What do you guys think?

wishful thinking as I have this feeling that they are building up a relationship between Alex and Addison... although I do wonder if she likes unreq love a lot... I mean she tried and tried with Derek when he wanted Mer and Alex was so smitten with Izzie and told her he was not interested
I do think he said that however so that he does not in any way harm his career

There is no doubt that Addison was thinking about Alex while she was sleeping with Mark. I wish she wouldn't have done that because it makes Mark think he has a chance. And Addison knows Mark is a man whore and that she needs more to be able to have a serious relationship. She knows she can get Mark whenever she wants and that he still cares for her. We all clearly saw that Mark still has feelings for Addie. And I think Addie might still have some feelings for him and is in denial. But she is only using him for sex!! She needs more of a man, someone she can start fresh with and fall in love with and a relationship where she isn't in complete control.. And that's where Alex comes in. We saw Addison dreaming about him, licking her lips whenever she saw him.. HORNY GIRL!! But she can't get Alex unless Alex makes the move now because Alex is in control of the relationship. Then there is Mark who has been so sweet to her and she wants to get laid.. So why not?! Except now Mark is going to think he has a chance with Addison when he really doesn't. Making the perfect lead for a spicy hot love triangle!!!! In the long run, sleeping with Mark is a bad idea.. But this show is a drama series and there aren't any love traingles currently! And Mark and Alex AND Addie are HOT! This is going to get very interesting.. 3 PARTER!!
I felt so bad for Meredith.. This would've been a perfect time for Derek to show how much he cares and loves Mer and that he will always be there. And they didn't show that. I want to see romance!! The chemistry there is too amazing to go to waste!!

I don't think George and Callie will last. George doesn't love her. His feelings for her is gratitude for being there when his father was dying, it's not love. I'm hoping he gets back with Olivia.
I'm looking forward to Burke and Cristina getting married. That's the marriage that will last, because no matter what, if they need to work hard at making it work, they will. Marriage will be a challenge for them, but that's what they love about each other - the challenge.

Let's rename this show the Grey Fantasy Anatomy.
TR is gay and goes on TV to tell everyone and the show has him marrying and so happy. Burke makes me sick everytime I see him. Mers mom remembers everything except the last 5 years. Callie and George are going to live with Mer. You couldn't do a simple blood test that would have told you that the woman's blood was toxic. A clinic is up and running in a week, it's free and no one shows up.
I am well aware that this is a TV show, but if you are going to have so much fantasy then say so at the start. It is also a bad sign when a show has to do a three part eposides.

Hi Sam, I wish I understood what you were talking about. I haven't read anything terribly hurtful from anyone and I don't know you or your friend. But don't worry. I am not so thin skinned. I can tell you though that I have been called slurs in the past and they do not define who I am nor to o they hurt me. I consider the source and go about my life. Revenge is not all that it is cracked up to be. When someone hurts you and apologizes you accept it and move on. So if you or your friend hurt me in some way, even though I am unaware of it, I am not mad at you and if you were to apologize, I would accept it and move on.

Love Burke and Cristina. I also think that George would be better suited with Olivia, and to be honest, Callie has more chemistry with Mark than George. I also liked the Chief and Ellis. The scene where they talked about the future they would have had was so sweet and sad.
Great news! 24.3 miillion people watched the show last week.

I actually suspect that George and Callie will still be married sweethearts at their 50th wedding anniversary. It was an impulsive wedding but I think it will stick. I could see them having a bunch of kids.

Sorry, O'Malley girl. I like the characters of George and Callie, but I think the marriage was impulsive. They were very cute together though this past episode. I loved that he stood up for her against Izzie's rude statements. I like George, and Callie is growing on me. I hope they are happy. You never know. Sometimes impulsive works out just fine and the ones who have planned and waited for just the right moment don't work at all. I sure wish you would get over hating Burke, though, because I love him and it completely makes me sad to hear anyone say that. I don't understand it at all because he does so many really great things. Even George doesn't hate Burke. He admires him and respects him which is why he goes to him for advice. Burke was the one who gave him a place to live when he moved out of Meredith's house. I am curious about Burke's reaction to his marriage. Some of my favorite scenes before Cristina and Burke started talking again were between Burke and George. They have a really nice relationship. Anyway, I don't think the marriage at this moment was a good idea, but I will hope with you that it works out well for them and that they stay together.

i hate izzie for what she said about george and callie's marriage. It was not a big mistake it was awesome!! i love callie and george together and i hope they stay married forever! it's about time something good came for george, and seriously, who else would he be with? i hated that olivia girl, so please, no!! and izzie and meredith are out of the question......so addison? wtf!! no!!! callie and george all the way and if they break up i'm seriously not watching grey's anymore!!! seriously!!! so shonda better be reading this!! george and callie for life!!!!!!!!!!
