According to TMZ.Com, Eric Dane and his wife of more than two years hit the trendy L.A. spa Ruth's Skin Care Salon for a couples' facial.

As Gayheart, 34, was getting a collagen facial, Dane (always a romantic) snuck into the room and pretended to be one of the employees so he could be the one giving her a foot massage.

Imagine Rebecca's surprise when she opened her eyes and saw her husband massaging her feet.

The couple, who eloped in October 2004 on the very night they got engaged, seems to know how to keep love exciting.
