well, if you look really close, you can see what looks like Cristina in a red dress ((definetly not a wedding dress)) .... so unfortunatly, i think the rumors of a george and callie wedding might be true... i just think its odd that they have known each other the shortest amount of time and they are already getting married?!?!?! i wish the wedding was between Derek and Meredith or, better yet, Burke and Cristina...
who knows though... maybe this picture isnt quite what it seems. Guess we'll have to wait till "January to find out!!!!

I was thinking that if the Richard did happen to retire is there a possibility this could be his party? Just a suggestion because when Shonda mentioned the wedding she didn't say how soon it would be did she?

Kate Walsh, Katherine Heigl and TRK declined to do the photoshoot and the article so the girl is sandra in the read cause the 3 above dont appear in it because they didn't want to for some reason!!
I think ita just a photshoot and mer/der are so cute!

I don't know that the picture was staged for the article. It looks to me like it was something from one of the episodes so whether or not they were in the article doesn't necessarily mean they would not be in the picture. If it was a picture posed simply for this article it isn't of the wedding of anyone and we really don't know any more than we did before about who is getting married. If it is a wedding, the person in red could be any wedding guest. It just didn't look like Cristina to me, but you may be right.
LOL That doesn't look like Burke in the picture to me unless he grew a goatee between Thanksgiving and whenever this was shot. LOL. It doesn't look like the Chief to me either. Maybe they are relatives of the Chief though and maybe this is a retirement party or the renewal of wedding vows that someone suggested a few weeks back. Or, maybe it is simply a staged photo shoot with no relevance at all to the storyline.

The tv guide website says on Jan. 4th there will be back to back episodes of GA, which are the last two episodes shown in Nov. and the new episode will be aired on Jan. 11th.
Gosh, we have to wait an additional week before we have a new episode...I don't like that!
7 weeks is way too long to wait for a new episode of Grey's Anatomy! They didn't do it like that last year. They only had 1-2 weeks without a new episode during the holidays! Oh well, maybe they will have alot of commercials the week before leading up to the NEW episode like they did when the new season started! I feel like we have waited forever! (ha) Can't wait to see whats in store for MER/DER. On the writers blog from the last episode in Nov. she said she knew everyone was disappointed that we had not seen alot of Mer/Der time since they got back together, but there was so much to cover in those few episodes from the other characters. But, not to worry......she said that they were very happy and very much in love and there was alot of good stuff ahead for Mer/Der. I Can't wait! Love Ellen and Patrick together as a couple!

IM pretty sure this is a phto shoot and not from an episode just from some of the other pictures in the magizine. If you havn't seen it yet there is a picture with Eric, Sara, and Chandra who look to be in a mens restroom. They look good but I don't always get what their point is in some photo's. But anyway everyone looks good and the article is very interesting. Can't wait for Jan. 11 this break was way to long but there is about 4 less episodes this year also. With Feb. being sweeps month things are going to get really hot.

Well, you have very good eyes, GAfanatic. I saw another picture that shows Burke sitting in a chair and Cristina in a red dress standing across from him. Definitely not a wedding dress. So sad. They look happy though and it is definitely a celebration. The photographer though was a person who works for Entertainment Weekly so I think it is just a photo shoot and not from the show.
I bought the magazine and it is really a nice article. I was a little disappointed that the beautiful cover picture is of Cristina, Meredith, Derek, and Bailey. Where is my Burke???? He has a picture inside and is quoted iin a couple of places, but I wish he had been on the cover along with Cristina. I love Bailey, but it would have been nice to have the cover show both of the primary couples on the show.

The article was a good one! The picture of Mer/Der was great! They are such a cute couple! I figured Ellen just got tickled during that particular scene for whatever reason, as I'm sure all of them do from time to time when they are doing a scene. But, Why would you chose to laugh during a bed scene with Der??????I think I would have tried to hold back on the laughs..(haha) Again, Patrick and Ellen just make the perfect couple to me and the picture of them........they just look like a real life couple! Congrats to the cast for being named Entertainers of The Year and I hope that they WIN BIG @ the People Choice and Golden GLobes next week!

I have seen reports that there will be a wedding AND a proposal so i think that this is a picture at the george/callie wedding and mer/der just got engaged. It would explain the looks on their faces and you can't see her other hand so there could be a ring on it and we just can't see it...That would be perfect!!

Weddings? Engagements? You, optimistic people. All signs are pointing in the same direction: Addison is pregnant with Derek's child. And you know what that'll mean. Meredith would never let him leave his child, they way she was left by her father. Which basically means I'll have to stop watching. I've aldready wasted enough time agonizing in front of the telly. I can't take any more Mer-Der heartache.
