LOL Do you know something funny. I am so dense. I never got the merder in your name before you just ended the last post with merder. I was wondering what purple murder was all about. Pretty funny. I just read the article in Oprah's magazine where she interviews Shonda Rhimes. It's a pretty good interview. Here is the part I like the best. Shonda: "Isaiah Washington learns all his surgeries before he performs them on TV. Scarily enough I think if he stopped at an accident on the street, he'd know exactly what to do. He has pulled shifts at hospitals where he follows the surgeons around for 48 hours." It sounds a little bit like the tremendous drive to be successful that we see in Preston Burke isn't too far from the real guy who plays him. I thought that was pretty neat. This is what she says about your McDreamy. Shonda: "When we were shooting the pilot, Patrick was seriously the most adorable man we'd ever seen on camera. We'd watch the monitor and think, look at his dreamy eyes! So we started calling him Patrick McDreamy, and it stuck." Isn't that cool? Both of these quotes are from page 323 of the December issue of O the Oprah Magazine. Well, I'm sorry your family will be away tomorrow, but I'll bet the needy people at your church will be very thankful for you. Can't wait for tomorrow night and am dreading it all at the same time.

I got the name because purple is my favorite color (which it obvious to all those around be because everything i have is purple.....i am purple freak...lol) and i love merder. i figured that there might me another merder out there when i signed up for this website. hey you wrote purple murder in your last email...lol it is merder...I know it was just a typo...anyway guess we will talk again after the big show tomorrow....... I will keep my fingers crossed for you and all the burktina fans.
