That's not a rhetorical question, just the name of the episode airing tonight. While Grey's Anatomy will be vying for multiple Emmy Awards on NBC, ABC would prefer you simply watched this repeat instead. And it's certainly tempting, even if George's awkwardness makes us cringe.

Fans may recall that this episode takes place immediately after Meredith and George's infamous hook-up. Suddenly, the former pals find themselves dodging one another at work, and as the gossip starts filtering through the staff, Dr. O'Malley becomes more and more agitated.

Later we learn just how awkward their encounter was. This episode also marks the first appearance of Callie.

Dr. Bailey, meanwhile, has to treat Addison for an unusual problem (poison oak around the va-jay-jay, to be exact), much to the amusement of her husband, and to the sadistic delight of Mrs. McDreamy's detractors. In another news, Denny returns to SGH, Izzie cares for him, and Alex gets jealous. We all remember how that turned out.
